About: I have been taking care of animals since I can remember. When I was in elementary school, my mom and I created our own business cards for pet sitting and distributed them to our neighbors. Ever since then, I have been walking, boarding, and caring for animals regularly. Additionally, I have volunteered at local animal shelters and worked as a pet care technician at a dog daycare. I also take care of my lovely dog Rosie every day :) My schedule is very flexible, and I am currently available any day of the week. I can accommodate most pet care plans, including holiday and nighttime visits. I treat all animals with respect and love. I make sure to be very attentive to an animal's needs and emotions, meaning I give them their space if they appear nervous or unsure, but also give them lots of love and attention if they are comfortable. When going on walks, the temperature outside and on the pavement is always taken into consideration, as well as the dog's comfort level with walking and being outside. My own dog gets very nervous being outside, so I understand how overwhelming even the smallest things can be for an animal. Overall, I can assure you that your pet will be treated like family, and I will make sure they are well taken care of while you are away.
“Margie went above and beyond during her twice a day home visits that I needed for my elderly cat. Margie sent many pictures, spent times him, and cleaned his especially not fun litter box, due to his age. Highly recommend!”

“Great service . Checked in with me and took pictures of my fur babies. Attentive to all of my needs. Have many trips planned and I will be booking in the future. Highly recommend !”

About: I've had a dog my entire life up until now. I can take care of puppies, seniors, large dogs, small dogs, dogs without a tail and puppies in diapers. Med administration and vitals checks are ready to go too. I just became a student and somehow have found myself pet free for the first time. I'm pretty available all the time and would love to love on your fur babies. I have a half fenced in yard they can run around in. They can get on the couch or the bed of they want to. Pet friendly house with nothing edible in dog's/cat's reach. Plenty of great places to walk around Mount Pleasant.
About: I have had the responsibility of taking care of dogs since I was 6. Always had a dog in the house growing up. I have been asked to take care of dogs of family and friends. Whether it be housing their dogs, checking in and walking, or staying at their place to care for their pets. I do work M-F locally full time. I am able to go home at lunch time during the weekdays to walk and take care of your pet. Weekends I am off and available any time. I live in an apartment complex that has a completely fenced in dog park. I own a medium size dog who is relaxed, but playful and good with every dog he has ever met. On weekend I take my dog to the larger fenced in dog parks in the area for him to run around. I usually walk my dog 4 times a day. Once in the morning, once at lunch, and 2-3 times in the afternoon/night.
“Kelsey was terrific. She is very sweet and responsible! We went on vacation for a week and did not worry one bit. Kelsey sent us photos everyday of our kitties and she was always very quick to respond to my texts. I would highly recommend using Kelsey! This was our first time using her and I felt confident after getting feedback from others who have hired her as their pet sitter. She was glad to do whatever we asked to make our cats happy! Five stars! Thanks Kelsey!”

About: I’m a registered nurse with a lifelong love for dogs, which means safety, reliability, and attention to detail are always my top priorities. I had my own dog for 14 years, so I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medications, recognizing changes in behavior or health, and providing extra patience and comfort. Having moved here from Philly, I truly miss having a dog of my own, so I treat every pet I care for like family. I’m calm, observant, and dependable, and I’m especially comfortable with routines, special instructions, and pets who need a little extra care or reassurance. Whether it’s walks, overnight stays, or drop-ins, your dog will be safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. As a nurse, I work three 12-hour shifts per week, which gives me several full days off where I’m completely available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care.I plan my schedule carefully and only accept bookings I can fully commit to, so your pet will always get consistent attention, exercise, and care. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and communicate clearly so you always know your pet is in good hands. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or yours. As a nurse, I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and trained to notice subtle changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels. I carefully follow all routines and instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medications, leash preferences, and house rules. In a client’s home, I respect your space and keep your pet’s environment clean, calm, and familiar. In my home, pets are supervised, never left unattended for long periods, and kept in a secure, comfortable setting. I use leashes at all times outdoors unless otherwise instructed and avoid dog parks unless explicitly approved. I prioritize clear communication and will provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness always come first.
About: Hi! I’m a big animal lover and have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up helping train service dogs for my mom, so I learned early on about patience, consistency, and understanding how dogs think and communicate. My family also had cats and fostered kittens when I was younger, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities. I also spent years pet sitting for neighbors growing up, which gave me even more experience caring for different animals and routines. In college, I volunteered with 4 Paws for Ability, where I helped work with service dogs in training and took part in hands-on trainings and education sessions. It was such a rewarding experience and deepened my love for working with animals. I’m currently finishing up grad school and will have a very flexible schedule while I study for my board exam, which means I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I haven’t been able to have a pet of my own while in school, so I’ve really missed being around animals, which is a big part of why I’m excited to be on Rover and spend time caring for yours! Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your pets like my own. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone, and I’d love to help make that an easy, stress-free experience for you. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I currently have a very flexible schedule as I finish up grad school and prepare for my board exam. This gives me plenty of availability during weekdays and weekends to provide consistent care, whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or extended time with your pets. I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs and make sure they get reliable, attentive care! When caring for pets in your home, I will focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I will follow instructions closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific needs your pet has. I aim to provide a calm, loving presence so your pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away, and I always treat homes with respect and care!

Kelsey has now taken great care of my 5 cats for a third time! She has become a favorite care and they greet her at the door. She leaves my house and cat box area neatly tidied and watered the front porch plants while I was away for almost 2 weeks. She terrific!

Carson is absolutely phenomenal. There was an issue with the apartment key and getting in and she stayed and worked with me and my apartment complex to let my dog out. She is super quick to respond, dependable, and cares about making sure your pet is well taken care of. She did a great job!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
