About: Pet care experience: I’ve been obsessed with dogs my whole life. Big, small, fluffy, chaotic, you name it. I’ve walked, wrangled, and loved every breed imaginable. I work from home full time so I’m basically already on dog-parent hours. My two chihuahuas keep me humble and they’d love the company. Your dog is in good hands I work remotely so I’m home all day with a genuinely flexible schedule. No rushing, no “sorry running late” texts. I can do morning, midday, or afternoon walks depending on what works best for your dog. Consistent and reliable, and I actually like going outside and tend to walk 5-8 miles a day Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I stay aware of surroundings, keep walks structured, and know how to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My two chihuahuas have taught me more patience than I ever expected. About: I have been around animals of all kinds since a young age and love interacting with pets. Many of my friends and family members have relied on me to stay overnight, drop in during the day, and play with their dogs and cats to ensure they are enriched with play time and are well taken care of. I love fur babies of all sizes and breeds! I grew up with 2 large Rottweilers Bear Puppy and Katie. 3 Shih Tzu’s Molly, Alley and Cash and 1 miniature schnauzer Nicholas. I’m currently working part time in Downtown Charleston. Mondays and Wednesday I have more flexibility before 1:00 pm because I work remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I am available for any lunchtime walks, play dates, and all the fur baby love! While I wish I could bring your pets to my home, I do not have the proper safety precautions for doggies and my kitties are timid of visiting pets, so I want to respect their home. When it comes to going into the pets homes I will ensure that all dogs remain on their leash while on walks away from the home and in the yards of their homes unless there is proper fencing to keep them safe. And same goes for inside/ outside kitties. I want all pets I interact with to feel safe in their environment and comfortable with me caring and interacting with them!

I’m especially experienced with adult dogs who thrive on routine and are comfortable being alone during the workday. I focus on consistency, calm care, and clear communication, and I follow feeding, walking, and medication instructions carefully. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every home with respect. I work full-time during standard business hours and provide pet care before and after work, as well as overnight house sitting. I’m a great fit for pets that are comfortable being alone for 8–9 hours during weekdays. My mornings and evenings are dedicated to walks, feedings, playtime, and quality care, and I’m fully present in the home overnight. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and routine. I follow all care instructions closely, keep doors and gates secure, and maintain a calm environment. I respect your home as if it were my own, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 5 years old! My neighbors often ask me to walk/dogsit. I have experience keeping care of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages! I am a MUSC student off for the summer, so my schedule is open almost every day of the week! I will be available from morning to night almost all days! I live in a condominium that has a nearby dog park. I also already have an extra dog bed and some toys. However, I personally don’t have any dogs living with me now.

About: Hey y’all! My name is Emily and I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have years of experience caring for both cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I became a vegetarian in 4th grade because of my love for animals, and since then I’ve spent summers volunteering at animal shelters, pet sitting, and walking dogs for neighbors and friends. I grew up with pets of my own, including two dogs, and I truly miss being around animals now that I can’t currently have one myself. That’s part of why I love pet care so much! Spending time with animals genuinely makes me happy! I’ve always said that if I wasn’t going to be a teacher, I would want to do something with animals! I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable with everything from energetic walks and playtime to shy pets who just need calm companionship. Whether your pet wants adventure, cuddles, or routine care, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away! I am currently unemployed while I’m searching for a teaching job for the upcoming school year, so I am very available at pretty much anytime! I would prefer to care for pets in my clients’ homes, since I’m not sure if my roommates would be comfortable with me taking them to our home. However, I am always more than willing to take them on walks, to a park, for a drive, or even to run on the beach! I would love to give them (and me) a fun and memorable day and be able to get out their energy for you!

About: I am used to dogs both big and small, of all ages as I have 2 little Havanese dogs who are so sweet and easy, and used to have a yellow lab- making my experience with dogs diverse and fun. I recently joined Rover, however, I have been taking care of dogs, cats, and other animals my whole life. I am always down to walk, play, hangout, and do whatever is needed. Also, I have fostered many animals before and know what it takes to be there. Don't hesitate to reach out! I am pretty flexible throughout the week and am able to dog walk/sit at different times throughout the day. My daily schedule changes day to day, however, I am still very flexible!
