About: I've had a dog my entire life up until now. I can take care of puppies, seniors, large dogs, small dogs, dogs without a tail and puppies in diapers. Med administration and vitals checks are ready to go too. I just became a student and somehow have found myself pet free for the first time. I'm pretty available all the time and would love to love on your fur babies. I have a half fenced in yard they can run around in. They can get on the couch or the bed of they want to. Pet friendly house with nothing edible in dog's/cat's reach. Plenty of great places to walk around Mount Pleasant.

About: Ever since I could talk, I preferred dogs over visiting out of town family members- greeting them before my own grandmother! I’ve been around dogs since the day I was born owning 3 of my own in the last 13 years. Dogs are an essential part to one’s family and deserve maximum attention and love which I regularly provide. I’ve volunteered at local animal shelters in the past and play with my own dogs any chance I get. I’m extremely active and love taking them on walks (or even runs!) Dogs are naturally drawn to me- I’m known for walking/driving down the street, seeing a lost dog, bringing them home with me, taking them to the vet to look for a chip and stay with them until I can find their owner. About: Caring for animals has always come naturally to me. From a young age, I was the one looking after our family pets, and that love only grew over time. In 2020, I welcomed my own dog, Hoss. He quickly became my best friend and a true part of my family. Because of that bond, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care, and I treat every dog and cat I watch with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Hoss now has a younger brother, Dooley, an English Springer Spaniel with a sweet and easygoing personality. Together, they help create a calm, welcoming environment for visiting pets. They love to play when another dog is interested, but they are also very respectful of dogs who prefer space, rest, or a quieter visit. My husband and I own a house in West Ashley with a doggy door that leads to a big fenced in backyard that allows the dogs to romp around. Both the greenway and a park nearby are within walking distance for our walks around the neighborhood. One of the things that sets me apart is the range of care I can provide. I have hands-on experience with puppies, including the patience and consistency needed during teething, house-training, and early routines. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medication, monitoring comfort levels, and making sure they feel safe, supported, and relaxed. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or older and in need of extra attention, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. My husband and I also foster for local rescues, including Journey Home Alliance and Lowcountry Lab Rescue. Through fostering, we have worked with dogs who have separation anxiety and need extra reassurance, structure, and patience to come out of their shell. Helping those dogs feel secure and comfortable in a temporary home has been one of the most meaningful parts of my experience, and it has strengthened my ability to care for pets with different personalities, backgrounds, and emotional needs. Our home is a friendly and flexible space for pets of different temperaments. Both Hoss and Dooley are dog-friendly and know how to read another dog’s energy—if a guest wants to play, they are happy to join in, and if a guest prefers to relax, they are equally content to give them space. They are also cat friendly, so we are comfortable caring for households with feline family members as well. Our goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and at home while their owners are away! I'm currently working from home, so I have more flexibility during the day for drop ins, walks, and boarding. I also have availability on the weekends. Between me and my husband, someone is generally almost always home. We have a fenced in yard with two animal friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. They are used to having animals come and go in our house through fostering rescue animals. Animals are treated like family in our home and are allowed on furniture. I can also easily crate your dog if needed while I am away from the house.

I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or daycare and overnight stays in my home. I live on Goat Island, which is only accessible by boat and has no cars. I pick-up at Isle of Palms marine on my skiff. My property includes a large yard and the island has a 3-mile sand road for walks. I always leash guests' pets and have one friendly Dachshund (Smalls). I'm happy to crate dogs if needed and prioritize keeping your dog's routine with walks, feeding, medication, playtime, and plenty of fun and snuggles.

About: I have a friendly, easy going labradoodle (not high energy) who would love to have a friend around. The yard is fenced in, I work from home, and we typically go on 3-4 walks a day. On a good weather day we’ll drive 5 minutes to IOP and have a beach walk. Your dog would get the exact same care I give mine. They can play all day inside and sleep where they want. Work from home Monday through Friday 9-5 but take plenty of breaks to go outside for walks or play fetch. At night I’m mostly chilling so hopefully your dog likes Netflix! I have a fenced in yard big enough for them to exhaust themselves if they want. If not, the daily walks should cover that. And I’m open to crating them at night or letting them sleep on the couch/bed if they’re comfortable.
