About: I have a friendly, easy going labradoodle (not high energy) who would love to have a friend around. The yard is fenced in, I work from home, and we typically go on 3-4 walks a day. On a good weather day we’ll drive 5 minutes to IOP and have a beach walk. Your dog would get the exact same care I give mine. They can play all day inside and sleep where they want. Work from home Monday through Friday 9-5 but take plenty of breaks to go outside for walks or play fetch. At night I’m mostly chilling so hopefully your dog likes Netflix! I have a fenced in yard big enough for them to exhaust themselves if they want. If not, the daily walks should cover that. And I’m open to crating them at night or letting them sleep on the couch/bed if they’re comfortable.

I pick-up at Isle of Palms marine on my skiff. My property includes a large yard and the island has a 3-mile sand road for walks. I always leash guests' pets and have one friendly Dachshund (Smalls). I'm happy to crate dogs if needed and prioritize keeping your dog's routine with walks, feeding, medication, playtime, and plenty of fun and snuggles.

We appreciate Josh being a little flexible as, due to traffic, our time adjusted a half hour later than we had told him initially. Our dogs had a wonderful time! The girls kept them entertained for a few hours. I believe they must’ve played with our two dogs the whole time, because our dogs were happy and tired when we got them back. About: Dogs and cats have always been a part of my life as well as my Husbands. My mom used to tell me I had a soothing way with animals. At age 9 I began helping neighbors with their pets. When older I began helping friends and family with their pets doing house visits or keeping them at my house when they had to be away. I even served as a board member for the Humane Society when I lived in Georgia. My husband grew up with larger dogs his entire life and has never been without a pet. He’s a real softy when it comes to animals! I work 10-4, Mon - Fri. so I have early morning and evenings available to help with pets. My husband helps out during the middle of the day as he is semi-retired. I am available to board in our house, do home visits and/or house sit (house sit on weekends only). I have two dogs and a cat. My fur babies are easy-going and laid-back and get lots of TLC from me and my husband, which we would love to extend to your pet as well! Because we have watched family and friends animals in our home our pets are used to having other dogs around. We live in a townhome development that has lots of dogs. Although the area is not fenced, it is laid out for pet lovers. There are sidewalks to walk around the development and doggy waste stations throughout. My husband and I also enjoy taking our pets to the beach to walk and play, which we would be happy to do with your pet too!

I love animals at every age, in every condition, and at all weights (chunky dogs and cats especially appreciated)! I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, frogs (yes, really), turtles, birds, and hamsters! I am comfortable administering topical medication as well, and am willing to learn with any other types of medications your pets may need. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions about my experience! I’m very flexible with times and dates! I recently moved back to Mt. Pleasant to help care for a sick family member, so my schedule is incredibly flexible and I am able to do last-minute bookings easily. I believe in safety first when it comes to pets, so leashes will be secured before leaving your home for walks. All doors will stay shut to prevent any escapes as well.
