About: Along with growing up with two dogs and helping to raise a puppy as a teenager, family friends and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats since I was ten. I've worked with all types of dogs, from Shih Tzus to Pit Bull mixes. I'm the one in my family who takes the dogs out on long hikes (or for short walks around the block once they get older), brushes their teeth and fur, gives them baths, and trims their nails. I'm a regular volunteer at cat shelters in cat care, and as a student on the pre-veterinary track, I have shadowed and volunteered at vet clinics to better understand the care that goes into your pets' health. Besides dogs and cats, I also have experience with a myriad of animals, such as hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, mice, fish, hermit crabs, geckos, snakes, tortoises, and turtles. I have experience in preparing special diets for pets and other animals with specific health needs, and in senior dog care. Over the summer, I work at my internships in animal care for much of the work day, but that leaves afternoons, evenings, and early mornings for me to check in on your pets and give any care they need (breakfast/dinner, walks, baths, etc.). Over the school year, I will have more hours available to fit in more time with your pets (i.e. walking and bathing/grooming, more playtime, etc.). As a lover of all creatures, I take the safety of both pets and wildlife seriously. As such, I will always supervise pets that are outside in yards and keep them on leashes outside fenced-off areas so they are not a danger to others or themselves. If transporting pets in my car, I will keep them safe and secure in a carrier/crate. As a college student who has shared living spaces with new people before, I understand the importance of respecting others' belongings and boundaries. During drop-in visits, I will be sure to respect your home and any rules you may have for your comfort (i.e. no shoes in the house, specific dishes/silverware for pets only, general cleanliness, etc.).

About: I worked as a veterinary technician for 2 years in NY and interned at the Staten Island Zoo for 3 years while studying in college. I’m currently working night shift (6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule. Because I work 12hr shifts I have extra days off to check in on your animal while you are away. I am attentive to your dog’s needs and encourage direction or feedback of how to care for your dog. Whether I’m needed for a long walk or to house sit while you’re away, I’ll make sure your dog feels in good hands. I’m also more than happy to send updated pictures of your dog so you don’t miss them too much.

About: I have always been that guy on the street asking to pet your dog. I love my 2 year old Doxin mutt, and I am ready to share a bit of that love with other dogs. I am available most week days and considering my dog has gone for 10 mile walks, I can handle a solid walk with yours! I have played sports all my life and love to be outdoors. I have worked as a manager for the last 4 years of my life and I am looking to do something that makes me happy and if dogs do not make you happy then I am really unsure of what possibly can. I will take all the photos you would like of your puppy when I am with them since I would love them to put a smile on your face as they do mine. I work mostly evenings but my young daughter and I are free and together most of the days while my wife is at work. So the two of us love to go on adventures to go walk pooches or just be outside. We are mostly free mornings and middays however, since I am off Sunday Monday those days we are free for anything. I want to make dogs feel welcome in my home so I will do whatever they need to be comfortable between walks and playing or relaxing. We have lots of beds and rugs and sunny spots and we all love getting out of the house to be active. Every single dog is different but most all them love some good scratches.

About: My names jessie, i am a student at lesley university but i have alot of free time and would love to have the company of another dog. I have grown up with a black lab my whole life and have always loves taking her on walks and taking care of her. i have puppy sitted for alot of my friends dogs so i have experience with dogs i dont know as well. I also have a small sweet and friendly 3 year old mixed breed dog named luka. ill do anything to make sure your pup is happy as can be! im a very caring animal lover and would enjoy the chance to walk or hang out with ur pup :) my schedule is very open currently! I walk and feed my own dog around 9 am and work remotely. So i can make anything work. im comfortable using different types of collars/harnesses/leads. i can crate ur dog if needed when i am not home or they can just hang out on my couch. i have one friendly 3 year old dog whos crate trained and loves other pups!

About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life. I worked my first job as a dog groomer and daycare manager for anxious and hard to train dogs. I’m certified in animal CPR and first aid and have experience giving all types of medication. You can trust that I’ll care for your furry friend just as well as you do! I currently work part time in the mornings, so I have all afternoon to spend with your pets! I have less flexibility on weekends, but will try my best to make times work with enough advance notice.
