“We left our cat Billie at Jessie and her family’s house. She did a meet and greet before boarding and took the time to get to know Billie before we went ahead! She was knowledgeable and very caring! Billie loved it there and we got so many videos/pics/updates. I had specific directions for feeding and they followed directions very well. Also really loved Jessie’s Parents as they were always there so Billie always had someone taking care of him if Jessie had to go out. Definitely will book again and so happy to have finally found a reliable sitter ❤️”

“Whitney looked after our dog for 4 days and gave great care. She has two dogs, one of which i met out when we did a meet and greet. They are smaller but very chill, my dog matches the other dog's energy so small dogs sometimes isn't his best match but they seem to have gotten along well. It seems our dog just made himself at home, so that's a good sign. Whitney also is a great communicator, and was really nice and understanding of our pickup time shifting. We hope to keep them in our circle of trusted caregivers for our dog in the future.”

“Hong was great with our energetic 14-month old pup, Archie! Hong took Archie for multiple walks in the woods and dog park visits each day, and sent us photos and videos. We could tell that Archie was having a great time, and that the experiences were very enriching. Archie can have anxiety around new people, especially men, but he really seemed to bond to Hong which was great to see. Archie was totally relaxed when we picked him up, and seemed just as happy to stay at Hong’s house as to get in the car. We cannot recommend Hong highly enough!”

Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. We appreciate Ling and Ye's kindness towards our dogs!”
