About: My name is Maddy and I hope to assist you in any way I can with taking care of your pets, I will take care of them like they’re my own. I am very active, I do boxing, running, and go to the gym 5 times a week. I love to take long walks and would love a companion to do so with!! I’ve taken care of friends and family’s pets for over 3 years, I also have 3 cats and one dog that are all rescued. Two of my cats are elderly and require special treatments such as frequent grooming and oral medication. I adopted my dog Ruby around 6 years old and she was never properly trained or cared for. My dog knows many tricks and commands due to my dedication to training. I am more than happy to assist your pets with medications or helping to apply any training methods, as well as helping to bring mail in, tidy up, water plants and groom your pets! I’m a non-smoker and have been around animals my entire life. I grew up on a farm with goats, chickens, horses, and many dogs and cats! I am currently a college student studying public health. I enjoy learning about the ways to solve the disproportions in veterinary care and how to make it more equitable. Animal advocacy is my passion. Pet care easily fits into my schedule as I am currently a college student and have long breaks between my classes. I can usually accept last minute appointments. When I am home, you can find me grooming all of my pets daily. This involves bathing, brushing, and using topical treatments for their fur. My dog is very energetic and I walk her numerous times a day. I also have intermediate experience with giving dogs a bath and am willing to do so if requested.

About: I’ve grown up with animals around me my whole life, whether they be birds, fish, dogs - both small and large- cats, and guinea pigs! I have a love for animals unlike any other and value the importance of providing a clean, safe, and loving environment whether at home or on a walk. Moreover, I’ve lived with senior dogs and cats and am especially mindful of their mobility and assist in the best way I’m able to. I’m happy to do check in visits and dog walking on weekday evenings, after 5pm. I am also free on weekends, whether it be for pet sitting, pet walking, or check ins. I care for pets primarily through the clients home as my own apartment is far too small to house a cat/dog. Since I’ll be in clients home, my priority is not only caring for the pet whether it be following feeding schedules/walking schedules/ etc but also to keep the space I’m in just as clean as when I found it.

There are 2 kids at my house that will be around your dog during the weekend and in the afternoons during the week.
