About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats in my life. I also volunteered at an animal shelter, feeding and playing with cats, feeding and playing with dogs, and feeding and playing with rabbits! I am a full-time teacher, so I have availability in the summer, weekends, and on school breaks. I can do drop in visits and/or walks! About: I have been a pet lover and caretaker my entire life, growing up with dogs, cats, and reptiles, and helping out with my neighbor's farm animals. I have three years experience dog-walking, and another two years experience volunteering at a local animal shelter. I have cared for animals of all stripes (and spots), with various temperaments, activity levels, ages, and medical needs. I work from home Tuesday-Thursday with plenty of time for walks, cuddles, and attention! My weekends are also open. I take pet care very seriously, and will devote the time and attention your fuzzy baby needs to feel comfortable and cared for. I have a car and can do pick ups before 11:00 AM and drop off after 7:00 PM. I live in a safe, walkable neighborhood with lots of parks and sidewalks for outdoor time. My kitten grew up with other animals before adoption and will welcome all creatures big and small.

Our cats, who had done well with Kate in earlier booking, got scared for some reason this time and were either aggressive or hid from her. Kate kept us informed about what was happening and stayed in touch so we could exchange information about what behavior we were seeing on indoor cams. If she hadn't, we might have felt like we needed to return and see what was wrong. We appreciated the communication.
