Luckily we found Lucy! She was fantastic. She clearly made Rubyn very comfortable based off of the numerous picture and videos she sent along with the detailed report cards. We were extremely nervous to go away on this trip but each update put me and my wife more and more at ease. She showed so much love and affection to our little guy. We can’t recommend Lucy enough! She also took care of a few extra requests that weren't in the initial instructions perfectly. She handled everything very professionally, definitely appreciated!

Our cats, who had done well with Kate in earlier booking, got scared for some reason this time and were either aggressive or hid from her. Kate kept us informed about what was happening and stayed in touch so we could exchange information about what behavior we were seeing on indoor cams. If she hadn't, we might have felt like we needed to return and see what was wrong. We appreciated the communication.
