“Sally does such a great job with both our cat and dog. Sally walks our dog weekly and is always on time and super communicative. She’s also super reliable for random drop ins needed for our cat when I am out of town! Highly recommend Sally!”

“LIV is the best cat sitter we have ever had. It doesn’t matter how many days later in which you walked back into your home. It feels as if you were never away. The place is tidy the cats are happy. They look rested and playful. I would recommend her to anybody”

“Lucy did a phenomenal job taking care of our nervous cat. Her updates were so fun to read and thorough, and she has a way with animals because our cat actually warmed up to her really well which is unusual! Highly recommend Lucy!”

“Emma was super sweet and so helpful. My usual sitter canceled extremely last minute which left me scrambling and Emma was able to help with essentially 12 hours notice. She saved me from having to call out of work. The dogs seemed to love her and she took adorable pictures. Thank you so much for being a lifesaver!”

“Linh walked my dogs for several weeks and can truly say that I recommend her. She is reliable and has a kind way with your dog that I’ve never seen from any other dog walker. She forms a special bond with your little one, is flexible, and takes well to any request you may have. For example she happily wiped down my dogs after a rainy walk when I asked her to without issue. She also was flexible when I had a guest dog for a couple weeks. She happily walked the other dog too. Also, a bonus are the photos she takes. She is clearly talented with photography. ☺️ I would trust her with my fur baby any day.”

“Danya was very responsive and great at communicating. She left us great summaries after every visit and sent pictures of our 3 cats. Also really appreciated her willingness to come for a free meet and greet before our trip. Will definitely be booking with Danya again!”

“Sarah was fantastic! Accepted a last-minute series of weekend drop-ins for my cats and they really took to her. Just what they needed - caring human time complete with playtime and just hanging out. Exceptional!”

“Daniel was an excellent drop-in visitor and playmate for our cat Georgie. We really appreciated his friendliness, prompt communication, and genuine affection for our cat. Bonus points for his availability short notice during holiday season as well! We’d definitely recommend Daniel.”

“After bringing home our 8 week old puppy, we found out we’d have to leave him home alone in the crate at 10 weeks old. We were so worried about this, but felt INSTANT relief once we met Lindsey. Lindsey went above and beyond every single day to take care of our Remy. And he loves her sooo much. She even stayed 30 minutes extra one day so that they could sit outside while our apartment building was testing the fire alarms. She genuinely cares about animals and will do the most for your pet! I’m a teacher so I’m on summer break now, but we will 1000% be having her back in the fall to walk Remy again. Please don’t hesitate to book with Lindsey… she’s the best!”

“Caroline is an amazing cat sitter. She took care of my cat, made her feel safe, fed her and kept her area clean. She made the whole experience great. I would highly recommend her.”
“Carolyn was extremely reliable and communicated well with us throughout her service. You can tell that she loves what she does and spent a little extra time during her visits with our pup. Would certainly use her again!”

“Wendy is kind and trustworthy. She took the time to get to know my dog and made sure she was comfortable at the first visit. My dog is a unique breed so I really appreciated the patience. She was very professional!”

“I’m incredibly grateful to Deirdre for stepping in on such short notice to care for my 80 lb German Shepherd puppy. It was our first time using this service and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was warm, professional, and attentive to my dog’s needs. Her thoughtful updates and excellent communication instantly put me at ease. I’m so happy to have found someone I can trust, and I look forward to reaching out to her for future visits!”

“Brittany took wonderful care of our cat while we were out of town. He was happy to see us when we returned, but he didn't seem anxious or stressed at all about us having left. I owe this to Brittany giving him the attention he needed to feel comfortable and secure while we were away. She is awesome!”

“Kylie stopped in to bring my dog Patsy out when I had to work longer shifts at work. She was a great communicator and I felt very comfortable having her care for Patsy. I could tell Patsy loved her too based off how happy she looked in the photos Kylie sent! I would definitely recommend any of her services!”

“Charlene is the absolute best and goes above and beyond every time in caring for our cat Julius. Leaving him is so stressful for us, but now with Charlene taking care of him, that stress is gone and replaced with joy at how happy, cared for, and loved he feels while we’re away.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Natick
Charlene took care of our shy cat during our recent 12-day trip, and she was phenomenal. Our guy can take a while to warm up to new people, but Charlene was patient and consistent with him, and it really paid off - he’s now comfortable and even chatty with her. Beyond the basics like keeping his litter box clean, she paid close attention to his hydration and emphasized for us the importance of making sure he is getting enough water, which we really appreciate. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, not just the routine tasks. We came home to a relaxed, happy cat and total peace of mind. Charlene is our go-to sitter, and we can’t recommend her enough!

Isabella was an excellent pet sitter! She took wonderful care of my cats and gave them plenty of attention while I was away. She sent lots of photos and updates and spent quality time playing with them and making sure they were happy and comfortable. I truly appreciated her care and dedication, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Sally was wonderful. She kept the litter box clean and played with our friendly cat. She also was wonderful with our hostile cat, understanding of his anxiety and not afraid to tend to the house completely. She brought in our mail and made a key drop off and pick up plan on her own. We were so happy with her!

Sarah was extremely reliable and consistent, showing up daily as requested and letting us know what was happening with our animals while we were away. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and replaced batteries in the automated feeder for our rabbit. I would not hesitate to book Sarah again the next time we need a pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Natick. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
