Services
Linh can care for
Availability
I offer flexible weekday and weekend availability for dog walks and drop-in visits and currently service the MetroWest area, including Framingham, Wayland, Natick, and nearby towns. Pet parents looking for weekly walks are always welcome as consistent schedules really help pets feel comfortable and at ease. For housesitting, availability may be more limited depending on the pet’s schedule and care needs. I’m best suited for pets that can be left alone for a few hours at a time. If a date appears unavailable on my calendar, feel free to reach out anyway, as I may still be able to accommodate depending on the time and location.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow owner instructions closely, maintain consistent routines, and adjust activities based on weather, age, health, and energy level. During hot weather, walks may be shortened when needed to prevent overheating, with the remaining time spent on indoor play.
Information Linh V. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your pet, I’d love to learn a little more about them so I can provide the best possible care and keep their routine as consistent as possible. Daily Routine – Feeding schedule, potty breaks, exercise needs, and favorite activities. Personality & Temperament – How they interact with new people, other animals, and unfamiliar situations. Walks & Exercise – Energy level, leash behavior, favorite activities, and any triggers or reactivity I should be aware of. Medical Needs – Medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, injuries, health conditions, or mobility limitations. Fears & Triggers – Loud noises, thunderstorms, fireworks, separation anxiety, or anything else that may cause stress. Training & Commands – Commands they know, behaviors you’re working on, and any routines you’d like me to reinforce. Handling Preferences – Any sensitivities related to harnesses, being picked up, or administering medication. Food & Toy Behavior – Any resource guarding around food, treats, toys, beds, or people. Safety Concerns – Door darting, escape tendencies, slipping collars or harnesses, or other behaviors that require extra caution. For Cats – Temperament, favorite toys, hiding spots, and FeLV/FIV status if known. Anything Else I Should Know? – Any quirks, preferences, routines, or special considerations that help me provide the best care possible.
A typical day
I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they get the attention and activity they need. For dogs, that usually includes neighborhood walks at a comfortable pace, playtime, and plenty of positive interaction. I always tailor walks and activities to each pet’s energy level, needs, and the length of the booking. For cats, I focus on playtime, feeding routines, and making sure they feel comfortable and relaxed while their owners are away.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Linh - your pet’s favorite aunt. I know how stressful it can feel leaving your pets behind, so my goal is simple: keep their routine consistent, keep them happy, and give you peace of mind while you’re away. I’ve grown up around both dogs and cats and have always loved caring for animals. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy, patient, and attentive caring for your pets. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger, which helped me become comfortable with animals of all ages, personalities, and temperaments. You can expect plenty of updates, photos, and communication throughout your booking because I know you’re trusting me with family, not just a pet.

Reviews
Great job, Linh! Your diligent and caring attention to Sammy the cat is much appreciated. We would not hesitate to engage you in the future.

We love working with Linh! She so excellent with our geriatric, diabetic cat. She is reliable and goes above and beyond!

Linh was wonderful to work with! She kept us updated throughout our trip with messages, photos, and videos of our pets, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. She got to know our cats and their unique personalities so quickly, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about them. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and everything was exactly as it should be. Linh went above and beyond to make sure all of our pets' needs were met, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. We had a great experience and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Linh is fantastic! She has a lot of experience with dogs so I felt very comfortable leaving our two pups in her hands. She followed my instructions, is a great communicator and responds very promptly. She was professional and considerate to ask if her fiance could join her on the walk which I very much appreciated. We have booked her again for house sitting this summer and know that our pups will be in great hands!
