About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs for over 2 decades and continue to love doing so. Love taking dogs for walks, going to dog parks, etc. Can accommodate most special care requests. Happy to stay the night at your place, or if your dog is social, have her/him over at mine. I have an Alaskan Klee Kai who is 5 years old, 16 pounds, and well-socialized. I’m currently working part time (middle of the day) and will have lots of time to take care of your fur babies. For home visits, I can typically do 7:30-10am, 3-5pm, 7-11pm, but I make arrangements outside of these times with advanced notice. I have a big yard that my dog enjoys. It is not fenced in but we can use a long leash so dogs can run around, play fetch, and explore.

About: I have 15+ years of hands-on pet care experience, including 10 years working in a professional grooming shop as a bather. That experience made me very comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, personalities and energy levels. I have also owned and cared for large-breed dogs throughout my life, including Dobermans, Rottweilers and pit bulls, so I am genuinely comfortable with big dogs. I understand that a 90-pound dog who is excited to see you is a very different experience from walking a 15-pound dog! I have experience administering subcutaneous medications to my own pets and am comfortable giving oral medications as directed. I am also happy to follow specific feeding, walking and care routines. Most importantly, I treat each pet as an individual. I want to know their routine, quirks, favorite things and what makes them comfortable so I can care for them the way you would. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate weekday walks and drop-in visits throughout the day, including the popular midday hours. I’m also available for morning and evening visits and can often accommodate weekends with advance notice. I’m happy to work with recurring weekly schedules as well as occasional care when you’re traveling or have a long day away from home. I care for pets in their own home with the same attention and respect I would expect for my own. I carefully follow each pet’s feeding, walking and medication instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets are safely settled before I leave. I respect your home and privacy, clean up after pets, and provide updates so you know how they’re doing while in my care.

About: I've been a weekly volunteer at various local animal shelters for five years now, working as both shelter support staff and a cat-socialization volunteer. In addition, I have two cats of my own at home who I miss dearly as a college student, and I have plenty of experience with the day to day maintenance and housekeeping tasks of cat owners. I understand the importance of sticking to a feeding schedule and can reliably come at the same times each day. I also think that it is very important that your pet is in a clean and healthy environment, so I make sure to clean their food bowls, refill their waters, and scoop their litter every visit. I also make sure to keep waste out of the house, so I always take out the trash with litter and empty food tins each visit : )

We’re dog lovers in Framingham who recently said goodbye to our beloved dog, Charlie affectionately known in our house as our “little girlfriend” and “Chuckie.” Caring for Charlie was such a big part of our everyday life, and while we’re not looking to bring another dog into our family right now, we realized pretty quickly how much we miss having dogs around the walks, the routines, the goofy personalities, the couch time, and all the little things that make every dog completely their own. My husband does a lot of theatre so I have a lot of free time to take care of animals! My house has a fenced in backyard that we had for our dog who recently passed. We always had her on a harness and only walked her on safe roads!
