“Matt and Alyssa were excellent in every respect. They were on time every day and provided thorough updates and photos. It is clear that they love cats. I will not hesitate to request them in the future.”

“We've booked with Anahit twice now and have been so thankful for the great care she has shown our cat. Anahit communicated well with us during our trips and our cat loves her too! We will definitely ask her to pet sit for us in the future.”

“Finley did a great job taking care of my cat, Billie. It was my first time going out of town since adopting her, so I was pretty nervous about how she would react. Finley took the time to let Billie acclimate to them, and sent me lots of pictures. Billie seemed so happy and calm when I got home. I would definitely book Finley in the future. Thanks again!”

About: As the parent of a 7yo reactive Miniature American Shepherd who also happens to be the greatest love of my life, I intimately understand the dreaded anxiety of finding safe, reliable, loving care for your pup/cat for an upcoming trip. It's so stressful and really takes the wind out of your sails when daydreaming about your next adventure. Because of this I also fortunately understand how amazing it is to finally find that reliable, safe, loving caretaker who you can confidently turn to time and again for pup/cat/animal care knowing that your little fur love will be in safe, loving, and fun hands that treat them with as much love and kindness as you do. I want to pay forward this feeling of blissful peace of mind! :) And I'd love to help take care of your pup or cat while you're away at work or on vacation. I am very active and would love to take your pup on trail hikes or long neighborhood walks (or if they're a runner I'd be down for that too!). Or if you have a couch potato pal I'm happy to take 'em for bathroom breaks and then just chill together with plenty of kisses, pets, and loves during any and all activities. I'm game for whatever your little love enjoys - I'm just happy to be along for the ride and taking endless pics to send your way! I work from home on Mondays and Fridays with a fairly flexible schedule so can stop in for a walk or bathroom break at anytime during those days. And weekend drop ins or in-home stays are much more flexible! I have only ever used positive reinforcement training with my own pup - dishing out lots of treats and praise to reinforce preferred behavior. I would treat your animal with this same approach and focus on building trust-based, positive relationships. I'm a notetaker, so when we do our initial meet and greet, I'll be sure to record all preferred treatment and care so that I can maintain your pup/kitty's routine as closely as possible.

“Annie was able to do a drop-in visit on short notice for our two huskies and we couldn’t be more thankful. She was communicative and prompt. We look forward to having her watch our dogs again in the future!”

“Liv did a wonderful job caring for our 2 cats, 1 rabbit and fish. She was prompt each day and made sure to send pics of each pet along with food, water and litter box. She communicated whenever needed and made sure to check in prior to last day.”

About: We are experienced cat foster parents and currently have two of our own. We also grew up with a dog each and other critters like birds and hermit crabs. We treat all pets like family members and want to give you peace of mind when you are away from them. We are consistent with our care and want to follow your schedules and commands as much as possible. We have experience with shy cats and the most high energy dogs. We've given medications to cats young and old and can follow complex care instructions when needed. We tend to have the flexibility to do long weekend care as we generally work from home Mondays and Fridays. We are also early risers who can give pet care before heading into work. Our home base is Maynard so we look forward to meeting new furry friends in the local area. We will care for your home like it is our own. We keep litter areas free of flung litter and wash food and water bowls as needed. When needed, we could care for a cat in our sunny spare bedroom. Since cat intros take a long time we wouldn't want to rush your cat meeting our resident cats. However, they could have a safe reliable space for when you are away on a longer trip.

“Wendy was reliable and sweet with our cat, Coraline. She followed our directions and sent us pictures, and we never had to worry that coraline was well taken care of on our trip. Thank you, Wendy!”

“Lila is consistent and reliable. She respects the contrasting personalities of our two cats and makes sure each is well while we are away.”

About: Adopting Benny, our now 6-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, who is 75 pounds and the neighborhood dog greeter. Has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of our lives. He came to us as a rescue, full of potential but also in need of patience, consistency, and care. Australian Shepherds are known for their intelligence, energy, and sensitivity—and Benny is no exception. From daily walks and mental stimulation to routine training and lots of affection, caring for him has been a constant, joyful commitment. He thrives on structure and attention, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch him grow more confident and connected as the years go by. Benny has taught us so much about resilience, communication, and the powerful bond that forms between a pet and their family. He’s not just a pet—he’s truly part of our family. Pet care is a daily routine for me. I'm the one who feeds, brushes, spends time with my dog and walks him on a daily basis. I provide nothing but the best for Benny. He gets toppers on his food, supplements, daily attention and walks. I'am trustworthy, reliable and will treat your animals as if they were my own.

“Fabulous sitter! Gail was very flexible and professional. Would definitely ask her to sit my cat again :) easy to communicate too.”

“Traci has house/pet sat for my cat twice now. Every time I came back everything looked great and my cat seemed happy and well taken care of. I will definitely have her back.”

About: I've had dogs my entire life! I've grown up a HUGE animal lover and have often cared for my friends dogs, cats, and other pets since I was younger. I have experience from when my dog was a puppy all the way until now as a senior dog! I promise to show so much love and care for your fur babies and always treat them like my own. I currently have a part time job. This gives me a lot of flexibility and free time in my schedule. I am available most days of the week and on occasion the weekends. I will pay close attention to any and all needs of your dogs! Let me know and I will make sure to do it. I can easily crate your dog, feed/walk them at specific times, give them medicine, etc if needed.

“She was excellent with our cats, making sure they got playtime and attention while we were gone!”

“Seamus helped me out totally last-minute and was a perfect caretaker for my two cats. Seamus was not phased by Zola, my standoffish cat, and noted "Zola sightings!" And he noted that my furry 17-lb, Squirrel reminded him of his cat. I highly recommend Seamus! So do my cats!”

“Hillary is one of the most exuberant lovers of animals I have ever met! She has shown so much love and compassion for my fussy and complicated cat. I never have any doubt in my mind that he is in the best hands possible when I ask Hillary to take care of him while I'm away. I have also seen firsthand how much others trust Hillary's caretaking and advice with their pets as well.
