About: I’ve been in the animal care field since 2022 and have done a little bit of just about everything! Food and Supply sales, assistant grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits. In addition, I'm currently pursuing my associate's degree in animal care and have a wonderful 1-year-old lab/pitbull mix named Judy! I’m currently working part time as a dog walker, so my availability will be weekdays after 4PM until 10PM, and 8AM to 6PM on weekends (weekend sittings are available for full days on Sat/Sun) My yard unfortunately isn’t fenced in, so I always make sure my dogs are leashed and are wearing their collars with AirTags just in case. I don’t board dogs at my house due to the yard having no fence. When walking other dogs I always double clip their leash to their harness and collar.

About: I am Fear Free Certified which is a training for preventing and alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress during pet caretaking. I’ve been around dogs since I was little and grew up training and taking care of my pet labradoodle. I’ve volunteered at a cat shelter for 2.5 years and am a facility manager for the shelter so I have experience with animals of all types of personalities. I also have two cats that I adopted from the shelter I volunteer at. I am a biomedical engineer so I work from 9-5 Monday- Friday. I’m happy to stop by to give your pets some love before and/or after work Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. I typically do pottery on Wednesdays but can be flexible if needed on that day! Thursday nights I volunteer at the cat shelter until around 7:30PM so late night visits might be possible. I am available most weekends as long as I have enough of a heads up! I know some nice walking trails around Waltham and would be happy to take your dog on walks around there or throughout your neighborhood. I also am comfortable with just giving pets attention and care such as food, brushing, play, and scooping cat litter within your home depending on your needs and wants.

About: I’ve had cats since I was 8 years old. With the 16 years of experience with cats, I believe every fur baby needs a home away from home. Like with every pet parent, I strive for the best with my cat. If you choose me to watch your fur baby, I will provide the best and safest environment for them. Do they need a room to themselves? You got it. Has explosive diarrhea? I have cleaning supplies. Medical issues? Another way to keep me on my toes. I hope you consider me as a prospective aunt to your kitter cat or doggo and can’t wait to fill up my camera role with adorable pictures. I look forward to hearing from you 💕 I am a grad student at Brandeis University. My classes are usually over by 2 pm, so after then I’m usually at my apartment caring for my cat and completing schoolwork. So needless to say, I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule for your pets individual needs. If I am doing home visits, I would like to visit the clients home a day or two prior to the arranged visit(s) to understand the animals needs and to see if we would be a good fit. I believe it is important to establish an understanding with the animal in question before I frequent the premises so there isn’t any unnecessary stress for your pet. In regards to boarding, I have a medium sized apartment that would be good for any cat or small-medium dog. There are multiple grassy areas for bathroom breaks and walks around the premises. You will have to provide me with your animals usual schedule (times for bathroom breaks, when and how much time are committed to walks, feeding times, etc.) so I can build my set around them and their needs

About: My husband and I adopted our dog Mac when he was 8 months. We trained him how to be less reactive, not to bite, sit, potty training and how to come on command. Additionally, I dog sit for my friend that has a golden retriever and my sister-in-law that has a pit-mix. I’ve always loved dogs but having one of my own really opened my eyes to how amazing dogs are! I work Monday-Friday at Boston Children’s Hospital, but I am available after 6:30 PM most weekdays. I have full availability on the weekends day and night. I’m happy to help with walks and drop-ins. I truly believe that pets are an integral part to a family! My dog is the center of my world and I always try to include him on my plans whenever possible. I like to take Mac out for hikes, the beach and any dog friendly patio! We live in an updated apartment in Waltham with a fenced in yard. When I walk Mac, I wear a leash that wraps around my waist and connects to him for extra protection. I try to walk on paths that have less vehicle traffic. I would treat your dog with the same level of attention as I do my own!

“Tayna was amazing with our three month old pup, Bane! We had to leave him for longer than we’ve ever left him before and we wanted a caring and loving person to come spend an hour with him. She came the day before for a meet and greet and her calming presence made Bane and us very happy and comfortable. She showed up right on time and not only took him for potty breaks and played; but also practiced some training with him on the leash, which is something we are still working on! Tayna gave us a big update at the end of their visit and also sent great videos and pictures. She even brought him a special treat, his new favorite toy. Bane can’t wait for his next visit with Tayna!”

My parents, aunts, and uncles have always had dogs growing up as well, and they truly become members of the family. I have watched all my families dogs and also worked at petsmart in the pet hotel for three years. I expect the high level of care that I have given my pets when I have looked for care for my own animals.
