“Thank you for looking after our dogs! Ling and Ye sent lots of photos of our two midsize labradoodles on walks and getting cuddles during their stay. And they came home calm and relaxed afterwards - a sign that they were happy while during their stay. Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. In a moment of high stress—when my wife went into labor at the last minute—they stepped in and looked after our senior dog, Otoko, without hesitation. Otoko is 16 years old and has a variety of medical issues that require a lot of patience and specialized attention. They didn't just "watch" him; they treated him like a member of their own family. They were incredibly attentive to his needs, taking him for gentle walks and even hand-feeding him to ensure he was getting his meals. Throughout the stay, they sent frequent pictures and videos, which gave us such immense peace of mind while we were at the hospital. Knowing he was being so well-loved and attended to allowed us to focus on our new arrival. Murphy is an older pup and needed additional care with more frequent potty outings, 3 different daily hand fed medication, and extra belly rubs! Jennifer did it all and more. She is great with the pups and reached out frequently with questions to ensure things were done correctly. She sends photos and updates through the day. It is so nice and relaxing to know your pup will be well taken care of when you have to be away from them.”

Ike stayed with them for a long weekend and I received regular updates and observations that clearly indicated with they were being attentive and caring.
