Retired couple with big yard!
We are a retired couple with a lifetime experience of owning dogs. We ran a children’s daycare in our house for 30 years and are now retired and looking for furry friends to care for. We have a large yard and two dogs of our own (10 yr old golden and an 8 mo old affenpinscher) who would love to make friends. We can meet the needs of any dog, big or small, young or old. We are extremely attentive, careful and responsible and any dog in our care will get constant day-long care. We have many friends that drop in throughout the day and so your dog will get lots of love. We allow dogs on furniture and to sleep in the bed and can provide outdoor playtime as well as walks down the cul de sac.

Phyllis and John are wonderful petsitters. They responded very promptly to the original request and every message afterward; were super flexible wrt drop off and pickup times; and took excellent loving care of our senior boxer. It was obvious she had a wonderful time with them.
Phyllis and John really seemed to care about my puppy. They sent photos during a walk. Their house is all set up for dogs. And I think my puppy had fun and was loved.
Great experience - kind and caring for my older golden retriever!

A typical day
We will spend lots of time exploring and playing with toys in the backyard. I always leash the dogs. When its hot I like to bring out the kiddie pool (3 in. of water) and let them play and cool off. We will go on walks down the quiet cul de sac across from my house. One of us (usually my husband) takes our golden (Boey) on walks down concord's battle trail everyday. Boey would love company on these walks if permitted.

- No pitbulls, rottweilers or german shepherds, chow chows, Akita’s, huskies or cocker spaniels please. No dogs with a history of biting. I only take dogs that are spayed or neutered. All dogs must be up to dates with shots.
