He was well-fed, taken out frequently for potty breaks, and we received thoughtful updates with photos 1–2 times a day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Their two daughters were so sweet with Osler, and he got along really well with their two friendly dogs. It was clear he had a wonderful time and felt right at home. She kept me aprised of my dog Muskies daily routine, with daily written descriptions and photos and videos. She cared for my dog for 10 days and treated him as her own, following all my instructions to the letter. I have used two other sitters(not from Rover but though recommendations) and neither even came close to the care and bond that my dog received with Tomoe. She played with him, took him for walks and to the dog park where my dog could meet and play with other dogs . In addition to her care, the rest of her family were also fantastic and played with my dog until he was played out! She is highly educated in the ways of dogdom, and truly has a passion for her work as a dog sitter. If I could give her 10 stars I would....I only hope she has availability the next time I need her services since once you have experienced the best there is no going anywhere else!”

From managing her special diet to administering her Adequan shots seamlessly, Samuel took care of her health and routine with complete precision and confidence. It gave us total peace of mind knowing our sweet girl was in such capable hands. Beyond the technical care, Samuel was exceptionally flexible and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire experience completely stress free. Throughout his time with her, the updates and photos Samuel sent meant the world to us. It was clear from every picture just how loved, comfortable, and pampered Sofi was. Samuel treated our dog-ter with the deep affection and gentle kindness that every senior dog deserves. What touched us most of all was watching Samuel say goodbye to Sofi at the end of her stay. Seeing him make a point to give her one last heartfelt hug before leaving was so moving and meant a lot, and showed his deep care for our pup. That level of genuine heart and care is rare, and we cannot recommend Samuel highly enough!
Phyllis and John are wonderful petsitters. They responded very promptly to the original request and every message afterward; were super flexible wrt drop off and pickup times; and took excellent loving care of our senior boxer. It was obvious she had a wonderful time with them.
