About: I grew up with three dogs, have dog-sat for neighbors, and lived with a cat that I helped care for. I am very energetic and I have cared for puppies and both large and small dogs. About: Hello, my name is James! I don't remember a time where I did not live with a dog around the house. My first dog was a Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever, “duck toller for short”. named Trouble. He loved to guard around house and bark into the darkness. My current dogs are a pair of tiny Australian terriers named Chaos and Nemesis. They love to chase the wildlife in our forest, but are always down for pets in snuggling up. Given my experience growing up with dogs I hope that I can get to know your canine friends and spend more of my time with the creatures I love. Whether its a quick check in, a dog walk, or few hours of pet/housesitting ; I have plenty of time in my schedule to make for pet care. About: I’ve been in the animal care field since 2022 and have done a little bit of just about everything! Food and Supply sales, assistant grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits. In addition, I'm currently pursuing my associate's degree in animal care and have a wonderful 1-year-old lab/pitbull mix named Judy! I’m currently working part time as a dog walker, so my availability will be weekdays after 4PM until 10PM, and 8AM to 6PM on weekends (weekend sittings are available for full days on Sat/Sun) My yard unfortunately isn’t fenced in, so I always make sure my dogs are leashed and are wearing their collars with AirTags just in case. I don’t board dogs at my house due to the yard having no fence. When walking other dogs I always double clip their leash to their harness and collar.
