About: Hi My name is Julie & I’ve been an animal lover all my life. I’ve always had dogs since childhood and now am a proud dog mom to an adorable 10 year old rescue mix. He happily stays with family while I pamper and care for your pet in the comfort of their home environment. I recently decided to turn my passion for animals into a career and would be honored to be trusted to care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Dogs and cats seem to gravitate naturally towards me, I’m able to win over even the shyest pets and love doing so. I am currently working part-time with a highly flexible schedule, allowing me ample time to give your furry friend the love and attention they deserve. As a massage therapist, I bring a gentle touch to my pet care, ensuring your pup receives plenty of petting, belly rubs, and ear scratches—if they enjoy that kind of affection. About: I have had cats and have taken care of them since I was eight years old, and have spent time with dogs, but don't have any of my own. But I am looking forward to meeting yours. I work part time, usually at night and usually on weekends, I am pretty flexible on weekdays and can take care of your pet in the mornings or afternoons. I feed and clean up after my cat at home. If I am walking a dog then I am comfortable running or going at any pace.

About: I grew up with three dogs, have dog-sat for neighbors, and lived with a cat that I helped care for. I am very energetic and I have cared for puppies and both large and small dogs. I have a full time job with some flexibility, so I am free most evenings/nights and all of Saturday. My Sunday availability is in the morning to mid-day. I am happy to play with and entertain pets, and follow your instructions on feeding, walks, and house rules. I have had an anxious dog, so I want to make sure your pet is comfortable.

About: Hi! I’m Yasmin, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’ve never met an animal I didn’t love. I grew up on a farm, so being around animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From furry to feathery to scaly, they’ve always had a special place in my heart. Over the years I’ve had all kinds of pets, from hermit crabs and fish to cats and dogs, and I can’t wait to have even more when the time is right! Because I genuinely love animals, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about their care, behavior, and what helps them feel happy and safe. I know every pet is different, and I love getting to know their unique personalities. When I’m not spending time with my own pets, I work as a realtor, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for yours. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I’m happy to match their pace and make them feel comfortable while you’re away. My goal is to make sure you can leave knowing they’re in loving, reliable hands and maybe make a new furry (or scaly!) friend along the way. 🐾 My schedule is pretty flexible! During the week, I’m typically available after 2:00 PM unless I have a work appointment scheduled. Since I’m a realtor, my schedule can vary from day to day, but I do my best to keep my calendar up to date and communicate any changes. Fridays and weekends are a little less predictable. Some weekends I’m completely available, while others I may be booked with work or personal plans. When I am available on weekends, it’s usually between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you have a specific date or time in mind, feel free to reach out! I’m always happy to see if I can make it work for you and your pet. 🐾 While I won’t be caring for pets in my own home, I’d be more than happy to care for them in yours! I know every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I always appreciate detailed instructions. The more information you can share, the better I can make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and well-being will always be my top priorities. I’ll treat them with the same love, patience, and attention I’d give my own pets, and I’ll always keep you updated for extra peace of mind. When it comes to walks, I’m especially mindful during the summer months. I prefer walking dogs on grassy or shaded paths whenever possible, and if it’s too hot outside, I’ll adjust our plans to keep them safe. Hot pavement can burn paw pads, and dogs can overheat quickly, so I always prioritize their comfort and safety over sticking to a schedule.

Over the past decade I have taken care of many dogs and cats, from hosting them in my home while their people were away, house/pet sitting, to providing home visits and walking. Dog-wise, I have taken care of a wide variety of pals, both size and personality-wise: small dogs, mediums dogs, all the way up to a large mastiffs and Shepards. Couch potatoes, protectors, playful & energetic buds, and snugglers. I have taken care of a dog with a chronic illness requiring particular food preparation. I've taken care of multiple dogs with protective personalities and approach with a mixture of confidence and willingness to meet them where they are. As a cat mom and ongoing cat sitter, I've taken care of my late cat with a chronic illness for many years, requiring a special diet and daily medication; friends' cats shy to new people; and a diabetic cat, requiring regular insulin shots. Cats hold my heart (don't tell the above paragraph.) I am a part-time non-profit consultant. I primarily work from home with occasional meetings out of the house. I am active in community theater, but am working on the administrative end for the foreseeable future, which means I am generally home during evenings. I have a lot of flexibility to build my schedule as needed based on pet care bookings with a few key, short responsibilities each week. You are the expert on your pet. My starting point is your information and guidance. After that, I use my experience meeting and caring for many different animals and personalities. I am an intuitive and patient person. I'm aware that pets may feel differently away from their people and potential away from their environment. I stay attuned to them and meet them where they are. They are aware, intelligent beings with reactions, routines, expectations, and feelings and I don't take that like likely.
