“Lauren is absolutely incredible. I had a last min business trip come up and I reached out to her on my way to Massachusetts. Lauren was very responsive and even met me at a central location to pick up my dog, so I didn’t have to backtrack to work. I have an extremely active dog, if he doesn’t run at least five miles a day, he will drive just about any person absolutely insane. During my dogs stay with Lauren, I received numerous pictures and she had absolutely no problem matching his energy level. She also showed that she really does care and love for your pet as if they were her own by asking questions about what else he likes to do or his favorite treat, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second leaving my dog with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really takes the time getting to know your pet and yet still does everything she can to keep your pets normal routine the same. About: I have have experience owning dogs from chihuahua size to vizsla size, and experience fostering/house sitting everything in between. I love dogs around here, and will be treated like family. Your pet will stay home with me and my 11 year vizsla all day. He/she will have immediate access to our 2 acre of wooded and yard property as often as needed. We also take 2-5 mile hikes often, and they are welcome to join. Your pet will have Watson, our super friendly and active 11 ye old Vizsla for company as well as 2acres to explore. Cold winter days are spent in front of a wood stove fire, and the rest of the time pets are welcome (if not encouraged!) to spend time on sofas and beds for snuggles and naps. Dogs are family here.

About: Hello! My husband and I are relatively new to being on the care taker end of Rover. But better late than never! A little about us: We live in a spacious house with a yard with 2 cats and 1 dog (and no kids). We also work from home so we are able to pay lots of attention to our pets and yours! I, myself, am an animal lover with years of volunteer work experience in shelters and zoos. I have grown up in a household with many types of pets from dogs and cats to turtles and chickens and peacocks! We fall in love with every animal we meet, and would love to host your pet when they need us! Both me and my husband work from home and always spend tons of time with our pets including pets and walks and play time and cuddles! We have a large tard with a 6-foot fence. We have two cats and a dog but we can dedicate an entire floor to your pets and spend time with them if separation is necessary from other animals. In the case that the animals don’t get along, we also tend to put our pets in different rooms and spend time with your pet in the main living area. But our pets are very friendly!

I also worked at an office where the owners had two dogs, a small chihuahua and a greater Swiss mountain dog. He was able to accommodate our two dogs very last minute (since our return flights were cancelled and we needed a new sitter) and then again he was very flexible to continue looking after our dogs when our flights were rescheduled multiple days later by the airlines. We appreciated the great communication and our boys were tired when we picked them up which is not an easy feat for our Australian Cattle Dog puppy! he definitely gave them lots of exercise and attention. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping his contact handy!”

“Briana was absolutely amazing with my puppy, Ace. This was our first time boarding him and I was nervous. He is also young so I was worried about him with bigger dogs. Once we met, I knew Briana and her dogs were going to be a great fit for him. He had an absolute blast and he is exhausted from all the love. “Lauren is absolutely incredible. I had a last min business trip come up and I reached out to her on my way to Massachusetts. Lauren was very responsive and even met me at a central location to pick up my dog, so I didn’t have to backtrack to work. I have an extremely active dog, if he doesn’t run at least five miles a day, he will drive just about any person absolutely insane. During my dogs stay with Lauren, I received numerous pictures and she had absolutely no problem matching his energy level. She also showed that she really does care and love for your pet as if they were her own by asking questions about what else he likes to do or his favorite treat, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second leaving my dog with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really takes the time getting to know your pet and yet still does everything she can to keep your pets normal routine the same. “I was very pleased with Sarah’s care of Brandy when she stayed with her this past weekend. Sarah was great about updating me and sending pictures. Her house is very dog friendly and there are lots of toys that her pup shares with guests. Brandy enjoyed her stay, and although she was happy to see me, was not showing any of the anxiety I sometimes see when we are separated for a while, so I know she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for in my absence. I would highly recommend Sarah as a sitter and plan to have her watch Brandy again soon!”
