About: Hi My name is Julie & I’ve been an animal lover all my life. I’ve always had dogs since childhood and now am a proud dog mom to an adorable 10 year old rescue mix. He happily stays with family while I pamper and care for your pet in the comfort of their home environment. I recently decided to turn my passion for animals into a career and would be honored to be trusted to care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Dogs and cats seem to gravitate naturally towards me, I’m able to win over even the shyest pets and love doing so. I am currently working part-time with a highly flexible schedule, allowing me ample time to give your furry friend the love and attention they deserve. As a massage therapist, I bring a gentle touch to my pet care, ensuring your pup receives plenty of petting, belly rubs, and ear scratches—if they enjoy that kind of affection. I prioritize their comfort and well-being, adjusting my daily routine to meet the specific needs of your pet. Whether it's taking them for long, leisurely walks or adhering to a strict feeding schedule, I am dedicated to providing the best care. Additionally, I am experienced in administering medications, ensuring that your pet’s health is always in good hands. Your pup will feel pampered and loved while you are away!

“Chelsea was great!!! She took great care of hops during her visit. She sent great pictures and was very good at communicating prior to visiting!! Will book her again!!”

“Lucy is absolutely amazing! Our dog typically is really nervous around new people when my husband and I are gone but she was super patient and loving with him and he warmed up to her right away! She also is very thorough with her visits which we were beyond thrilled to see in her pictures of our dog, videos, and end-of-visit summaries. We will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have over 9 years of hands-on animal care experience. Growing up around animals has made caring for them second nature to me, and I’m very comfortable with a wide range of personalities and needs. I also have my own 109 lb Rottweiler, so I’m very confident handling large, strong breeds and understand the importance of structure, safety, and control on walks. In addition to my personal experience, I have a background working with horses, where I learned how to read body language, handle animals safely, and build trust especially with more sensitive or high-energy animals. I’m primarily available in the afternoons and evenings, which is perfect for midday walks, check-ins, and dinner visits. I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s routine whenever possible. Currently I am working with rover and working some small other jobs so I am more available if my schedule ever changes I will reach out and let you know immediately. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can provide care that feels consistent and stress-free. In your home, I respect your space and follow all instructions closely from feeding schedules and walk routines to any behavioral or medical needs. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I stay aware of surroundings during walks to keep your pet safe at all times. For cats, I understand the importance of respecting their space and letting them engage on their terms. I maintain clean litter areas, monitor behavior, and ensure they feel safe and undisturbed. I also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands while you’re away.

About: I've had pets since I was a little girl and even worked at a dog grooming salon for three years, which I loved. Over the past 3 summers, I’ve been on Rover and love my experience with animals and clients. I am still recovering from surgery, and we can discuss that when booking with me. I want to create a place where owners feel like they can reach out me and trust me when needed Hello, I’m currently a college student home for the summer. Back in April, I had hip replacement surgery. Over the past few weeks, I've been able to get back on my feet and move around a little more. I was looking to help any furry friends around the area that need to be fed or let outside. Unfortunately, I can't handle large, high-energy dogs. Please reach out, and we can discuss. If anyone needs help with small dogs or cats, I'm your girl. During drop-ins, I typically follow the owners' requests, which include feeding the animals, playing with them, spending time together, letting them outside, and refilling their water, etc.
About: When I lived in Brazil, there was such a surplus of dogs in the area I was located and my family and I were the family on the block to rescue everyone we could. I drive special needs kids to/from school and at the moment I am blessed to have spots in my schedule between driving., therefore I free on hours where a lot of people are usually working. My apartment has a wash room special for dogs only. And dogs don’t pay rent at all. I’m around dogs and kids all day long!
“Nat provided peace of mind while we were out of town for a weekend away. It was comforting to know that someone was able to swing by our home and check on our two cats. She responded quickly to my inquiry and made sure to send photos along to us 😊”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Southborough
Jennifer was very patient with my two cats. She spent quality time cozying up with my elderly cat, paying attention to his special dietary needs and managing his feeding and water drinking habits. She even managed to befriend my very shy other kitty and entice her into playing and accepting treats from her (which she normally ignores from strangers). We’ll definitely be coming back to Jennifer for future pet sitting!

We are brand new to having Sam do drop ins at lunchtime for our guy, Gus, and he is awesome! He is extremely communicative and sends a constant stream of pictures and videos while he’s here. We also absolutely love his quirky sense of humor and his different greetings for our Gussy boy. Huge fans of Sam :)

My kitties have never been cared for as well as Miriam cared for them. She truly interacts with them and delights in their antics. She also took exceptional care of their necessities as well as going above and beyond keeping things clean. She sent detailed pictures and comments every visit. I think my cats were disappointed it wasn’t Miriam when we walked through the door. Have already booked her for our next trip.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
