I work from home running my own business, which means I’m with the dogs 99% of the time. My fiancé is also a dog lover and helps out when he’s home, so your pup will always feel supported and cared for. Since I have a flexible schedule, I can keep your dog’s routine consistent while giving them plenty of love, attention, and playtime.

And what do you do to calm them? i.e: separation anxiety 3. Any medication needed? Either on a schedule or if something specific happens? 4. Do they get aggressive around other animals? 5. Do they try to escape from the household? 6. Are there any behavior's you do not tolerate from them? How do you reprimand your dog? i.e: We do not prefer our dog to eat anything off the floor -> taught her "leave it" -> if something drops we ask her to "leave it" and give a small dog treat to enforce good behavior. 7. What are behavior's you celebrate your dog for? How do you celebrate with them? i.e: I taught my dog how to put her toys in my hand when she wants to play -> I get overly excited, give her (quick) scratches, use her name while I am saying "good job" and, for her sake, throw her ball as fast and far as possible.

A typical day includes outdoor walks, play sessions, cuddle time, and plenty of love. Your pup will enjoy a balance of activity and relaxation, with attention to their individual routine and needs. I make sure each dog feels comfortable, secure, and happy while you’re away. In addition to boarding, I can provide: + Reiki healing sessions (available outside of Rover, upon request) + Brushing and light grooming maintenance 🐾 I can’t wait to meet your pup and welcome them into our hearts! 🐾

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I had a mixed-breed dog, a lab, and a purebred German Shepherd who was my constant sidekick—joining me on hikes, beach walks, and car rides. My family also had 12 rabbits, and I loved caring for them from newborns through their full life span. Over the years, I’ve cared for family dogs and cats during extended stays. I’ve also had hands-on experience with senior pets, including my dad’s black lab who had diabetes and required daily insulin shots. In addition, I worked at a pet boarding and daycare facility, where I gained even more insight into canine behavior and proper care. To me, pets are family, and caring for them has always been a natural, joyful part of life. I promise to treat your pup with the same love and attention I give my own.

Michelle is wonderful. Our dog was happy and well cared for, in our home, while we were away. It was reassuring to receive all of the photos and check-ins to know things were good. We will absolutely ask her to watch Clementine again.
Michelle took good care of our greyhound and house sat for 3+ days. She is a very good communicator and sent plenty of photos of our dog on walks.
Michelle has stayed with our three active dogs a few times while we’ve been away. She has a natural rapport with the dogs and did a great job managing their food and meds. She was flexible with our schedule changes and kept us updated daily. We came home to three happy pups who barely noticed we’d been gone. We’ll definitely be booking with Michelle again!
Michelle was great with Toby. I felt that he was well taken care of especially with giving him his medicine. I would definitely book with Michelle again.
