Availability
In addition to dog walking and pet sitting, I work a traditional 9-5 (although the hours are pretty flexible and I work less during the summer). Reach out with your pet’s needs and I’ll let you know if I’m a good fit!

Safety, trust & environment
My care “style” is to resemble as much normalcy for the pet as possible. Whatever they are used to at home with the owner is what I strive to keep consistent with myself (whether that be duration they’re left alone for, crate vs not crate trained, walk schedule, bathroom schedule, etc).
Information Leah F. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if your pet is comfortable with other animals, that way I am aware of limitations prior to sitting and can provide a stress free experience for them. Also, if they have any quirks, that can be helpful to know as well! (Refusing to poop in the rain, afraid of thunderstorms, etc)
A typical day
I love hiking and going on walks/runs. For dogs who want to get extra energy out, I’m a big fan of going into the yard and playing fetch if they’re into it! I let cats dictate how much attention they want and what kind of attention they want.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m your friendly neighborhood pet sitter, here to keep tails wagging and whiskers happy while you’re away. I’m experienced with dogs who somehow have endless energy, cats who have documented home ownership, and other pets who somehow know exactly when it’s dinner time. Whether your pup needs long walks and playtime or your cat just wants someone to respect their boundaries and provide snacks, I’ve got it covered. Expect lots of updates, cute photos, and a pet who’s probably a little disappointed when you come home because we became best friends. My experience also includes less traditional pets, such as parrots, rabbits, and aquatic animals 🐢 On a more serious note, my goal is to make your best friend comfortable and happy while you’re away. I also have experience with insulin and other medication administration. Just let me know what ya need! Bonus skills include expert belly rubs, treat negotiations, and surviving dramatic side-eyes from cats.

You are the best Leah

Amazing! Rolo loves you now and thank you for taking such a good care of him

Leah took great care of our two dogs when we went on a weekend trip. She was extremely professional and we knew the dogs were in great hands!

She was very nice and accommodating when she came over to listen to my specific instructions on taking care of the dog. She was willing to take her on walks and make sure she got attention and was entertained every visit.
