Jessica is a very reliable dog sitter! She is also wonderful about sending updates!

This was the worst dog sitting experience I’ve ever had. Here are the facts - The first three days went well and she was attentive to my dogs special needs, communicative, and sent plenty of photos keeping me up-to-date. On the third night she left my house at around 11:18 PM and told me she’d be back by 7 AM, which we agreed upon. Around 8:30 AM the following morning I reached out to her for an update, I did not hear from her until 1:36 PM in the afternoon. She left my dog unattended for almost 13 hours. My family intervened at around 12 PM and found my dog had no food, running out of water, and had not received her daily medical treatment. When I asked Jessica what happened she said that she had fell asleep and no one woke her up. she offered to stay with my dog for the rest of the day and that night to make up for it. When she went upstairs, she found diarrhea all over my carpet. Whether that happened when Luna was unattended for 13hrs or happened during the previous days, she clearly was not attentive to my house which I trusted her with. She cleaned up the mess to the best of her ability, but when I arrived home the entire house reeked of feces. Jessica‘s behavior was not only unprofessional, but potentially life-threatening for my dog.

Jessica always does a good job reporting back with pictures and updates. She makes sure the dogs needs are all met for sure.

Overall fantastic experience. Have used several times. Very responsive and trustworthy. Works well with our puppy, leveraging her many years of experience. Good communication throughout the entire booking process. 5 stars!

I am usually working from home full time so am skeptical to leave my only “kids” alone with someone else. Then Jessica came along, yay! She’s super sweet, great with communication and goes above and beyond: I only asked her to help me for potty breaks while I had to go into the office but she also stayed and played with my two dogs for extra time!! She even gave me some tips on fixing my fence! She’s a Jessica of all trades!! Very special.
