About: Hey there! My goal is to help ease the stress of leaving your pet at home when you can't take them with you. I have had dogs since I was a kid, 4 Newfoundlands, a Black Lab-Brittnay Spaniel mix, and I now have Charlie, a 9 yr old German Shepherd-Black Mouth Cur mix and Finn, a 1 yr old Heeler. Finn came to us as a puppy, so I have plenty of experience dealing with those puppy messes and temperaments. Most of our newfoundlands had hip problems near the end of their life, so I have no problem helping with senior dogs that need a little more care. I have also had multiple cats throughout my life and now have Luna, she is 11. I have 2 boys that are in school, so I'd like to spend time during the day helping other pet parents. My flexible schedule gives me the ability to be available on short notice. I am willing to fit in weekend time, but just need a little heads up due to family activities. I am happy to walk and play with your pet while I visit. If they like a good brush, I'm happy to bond with them in that way, too.

About: I am a proud dog aunt and cat mom. Over the past decade I have taken care of many dogs and cats, from hosting them in my home while their people were away, house/pet sitting, to providing home visits and walking. Dog-wise, I have taken care of a wide variety of pals, both size and personality-wise: small dogs, mediums dogs, all the way up to a large mastiffs and Shepards. Couch potatoes, protectors, playful & energetic buds, and snugglers. I have taken care of a dog with a chronic illness requiring particular food preparation. I've taken care of multiple dogs with protective personalities and approach with a mixture of confidence and willingness to meet them where they are. As a cat mom and ongoing cat sitter, I've taken care of my late cat with a chronic illness for many years, requiring a special diet and daily medication; friends' cats shy to new people; and a diabetic cat, requiring regular insulin shots. Cats hold my heart (don't tell the above paragraph.) I am a part-time non-profit consultant. I primarily work from home with occasional meetings out of the house. I am active in community theater, but am working on the administrative end for the foreseeable future, which means I am generally home during evenings. I have a lot of flexibility to build my schedule as needed based on pet care bookings with a few key, short responsibilities each week. You are the expert on your pet. My starting point is your information and guidance. After that, I use my experience meeting and caring for many different animals and personalities. I am an intuitive and patient person. I'm aware that pets may feel differently away from their people and potential away from their environment. I stay attuned to them and meet them where they are. They are aware, intelligent beings with reactions, routines, expectations, and feelings and I don't take that like likely.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life. I worked my first job as a dog groomer and daycare manager for anxious and hard to train dogs. I’m certified in animal CPR and first aid and have experience giving all types of medication. You can trust that I’ll care for your furry friend just as well as you do! About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and watching over them for 10 years. I have a dog of my own and I also have cared for other dogs. I used to work at doggy daycare and boarding place where my job was to love and care for the dogs when they were away from their homes. I made sure that every dog was comfortable in the space and with the dogs around them. I learned to read their body language more and understand them better. My passion for animals has grown even more with the experiences I have. I’m currently on summer break from college and was looking for a part-time activity where it fits into my open schedule besides my other job that I have. I would give the same love and attention to their dogs as I would give my own dog in my own home. Any instructions given, I would make sure that I follow them exactly and follow the schedule the owner makes. I always prioritize the pets safety and know what protocols to follow if anything were to happen. I would immediately contact the owner if needed. I would keep the owner updated by sending pictures and videos of what their pet is doing, as well as I will be playing with the dog to ensure it feels comfortable with being away from their owner and with a new person!

About: I have hands-on experience caring for geriatric, diabetic, and epileptic dogs and cats, making me comfortable with special needs pets who require extra attention. I’m skilled at administering oral medications, giving insulin injections, and monitoring pets for any changes in their health or behavior. I also have plenty of experience walking dogs of all sizes—from tiny lap pups to large, energetic breeds—always focusing on their safety, comfort, and happiness. I currently work part-time as a Veterinary Assistant, which gives me hands-on experience with animal care and handling in a clinical setting. I’m also a student enrolled in an online Veterinary Technology program, so I’m always learning and expanding my knowledge about animal health and behavior. Because of my flexible schedule, I have availability on some weekdays and weekends for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits.
