About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with multiple family dogs taught me early on that every dog has their own unique personality, needs, and quirks—and I love getting to know them all. In addition to being a lifelong dog lover, I spent four years working as a professional dog bather at PetSmart, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. That experience helped me become comfortable handling everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I also have experience administering medications, including oral medications and insulin injections, so you can feel confident that your pet's health needs will be carefully managed while they're in my care. Whether your dog is looking for a walking buddy, a cuddle companion, or someone to stick to their routine while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love, attention, and respect that I would give my own pets. Currently open to boarding throughout the year, for dogs able to stay indoors for 8 hours, as I work an onsite typical 9-5 job. Structure is morning walk, home from work walk, evening walk or play depending on the dogs needs! I have no other pets in the home! I have a single family ranch style home with a yard. I am also within walking distance from a rail trail. I do also enjoy hiking and would be able to take your pets on wooded adventures!

About: I have 15+ years of hands-on pet care experience, including 10 years working in a professional grooming shop as a bather. That experience made me very comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, personalities and energy levels. I have also owned and cared for large-breed dogs throughout my life, including Dobermans, Rottweilers and pit bulls, so I am genuinely comfortable with big dogs. I understand that a 90-pound dog who is excited to see you is a very different experience from walking a 15-pound dog! I have experience administering subcutaneous medications to my own pets and am comfortable giving oral medications as directed. I am also happy to follow specific feeding, walking and care routines. Most importantly, I treat each pet as an individual. I want to know their routine, quirks, favorite things and what makes them comfortable so I can care for them the way you would. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate weekday walks and drop-in visits throughout the day, including the popular midday hours. I’m also available for morning and evening visits and can often accommodate weekends with advance notice. I’m happy to work with recurring weekly schedules as well as occasional care when you’re traveling or have a long day away from home. I care for pets in their own home with the same attention and respect I would expect for my own. I carefully follow each pet’s feeding, walking and medication instructions, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets are safely settled before I leave. I respect your home and privacy, clean up after pets, and provide updates so you know how they’re doing while in my care.

About: I have a 5-year-old border collie. He’s very friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I live in a town house so I don’t have a yard per say. I typically take my dog to parks/fields in Ashland to hike or run around. I typically walk my border collie about 4 miles a day as well. I work remote so I am usually home. Available 7 days a week. I usually go to the gym for a few hours each day but try to be home for my dog to keep him active as a herding dog (border collie) I will do 2 long walks per day typically (2 miles each). I will also take my dog and yours hiking or to a field/park but not a dog park. I can go to a fenced in field if needed for your dog. Mine doesn’t need a fence.
About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs for over 2 decades and continue to love doing so. Love taking dogs for walks, going to dog parks, etc. Can accommodate most special care requests. Happy to stay the night at your place, or if your dog is social, have her/him over at mine. I have an Alaskan Klee Kai who is 5 years old, 16 pounds, and well-socialized. I’m currently working part time (middle of the day) and will have lots of time to take care of your fur babies. For home visits, I can typically do 7:30-10am, 3-5pm, 7-11pm, but I make arrangements outside of these times with advanced notice. I have a big yard that my dog enjoys. It is not fenced in but we can use a long leash so dogs can run around, play fetch, and explore.
