Sara took great care of our dog, Watson! He was worn out once we got him home and we can’t say enough wonderful things about Sara! We will definitely be calling on her again soon!

I had the worst experience ever with a dog sitter with Sara. I have always been used to sitters who are great with communication and who send updates atleast 1-2 times each day. She did not send me requested photos of my dog for 24 hours after initial request. The only update I received was that my dog was anxious on Day 1. She did not think it was necessary to let me know how she was doing after day 1 and I spent my trip worried my dog is anxious. This was the first time my dog was anxious with a sitter too so I was not comfortable at all the entire time my pup was in Sara’s care. When I picked up my dog she reeeked of pee and needed to be taken for a bath asap (my dog has never peed on herself in the 4 years that I have had her). When I asked Sara what happend all she had to say was some other dog must have peed on my dog’s bed. My dog had large wounds on both her hind legs- i cannot tell if this was insect bite or rash from sitting in pee but she had nothing on her body when I left her. I had also notified Sara of my dog’s health condition- she suffers from GERD and needs proper diet or she will fall sick. My dog has acid reflux and been burping and has not stopped panting due to the discomfort. I had left her with 7 days worth of prescription food supply and not sure how nothing was left when I picked her up after just 4 days of stay if she really hasn’t eaten much. My dog ate food this morning with me like she has not seen food in days. This was just the most heartbreaking experience for both me and my pup and we will never work with Sara again.
