Gianna was super communicative and attentive, she did a great job taking care of our nervous puppy and making sure he had the best experience for his first Rover visit. She was also so thoughtful about small details, like cleaning his Kong toy and bringing in packages, which goes such a long way :) will book again!

Gianna took amazing care of my pet and went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly put a lot of effort into making sure my pet was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Communication was excellent, and she kept me updated regularly, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It's obvious that Gianna genuinely cares about animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. She is hardworking, trustworthy, and incredibly kind. I could tell my pet felt safe and loved in her care. I would absolutely recommend Gianna to anyone looking for someone dependable and compassionate to care for their pets.
