About: I’ve had animals my entire life and have been involved in animal rescue for the past 10 years. I currently foster with Mountain Pet Rescue and the Asheville Humane Society, and I’ve cared for animals with all kinds of personalities, backgrounds, and needs. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats and I also have experience administering medications. Rescue work has taught me how to be patient with animals who are shy, anxious, energetic, or just need a little extra time and attention. More than anything, I genuinely love being around animals and really enjoy caring for them. When your pet is with me, they’ll be treated like the little prince or princess they are...with lots of love, attention, cuddles, playtime, and care tailored to what makes them happiest. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being loved and cared for while you’re away. I work remotely from home, so I’m around throughout the day and have a lot of flexibility to give pets the attention they need. I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, medication, and plenty of company throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches and I can easily adjust to their normal routine as much as possible. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, boundaries, feeding schedule, medications, and any quirks or triggers before caring for them. In my home, pets get plenty of supervision, attention, and a calm environment where they can settle in at their own pace. I never force interactions and am very comfortable giving shy or nervous animals the space they need to feel secure. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible and make sure doors, gates, leashes, food, and medications are handled carefully. My years in rescue have made me especially attentive to body language and changes in behavior, so I’m always keeping an eye on how your pet is feeling. And of course, I’m happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing your furbaby is safe, happy, and getting lots of love.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life! I also worked in a dog kennel in college. Love being around animals as much as I can! I work a full time job so I primarily would have more time on weekends but I can make mid day trips home for potty breaks! I let animals roam around my home so they can feel comfortable. About: I grew up with several pets including dogs, cats, and exotic birds and have a 6 month old blue heeler of my own. I have amateur dog training experience and by request, I can support your dog's training needs while I am looking out for them. No charge! I will make sure your fur baby receives love as though they are my own. They’ll get lots of playtime, walks and I’ll will send photo updates of how they’re doing. I currently work full time from home so it is very easy for me to be attentive and look after your furry loved one in addition to my own 5 month old blue heeler who is very sweet and friendly with other dogs. I work from home Monday through Friday during the day and this leaves a lot of flexibility to go on walks and play together on the trails right on the 10 acres of wooded land. My home is tucked away in a safe location with a lot of space away from busy roads. I live on 10 acres of wooded land and several trails that loop the entire property that allows for a lot of sniffing opportunities, playtime in nature, and staying in a safe environment throughout the day.

About: Growing up with two veterinarian parents, animals have been a central part of my life for almost 3 decades. I have extensive experience in caring for animals, including senior pets, and have two vets on speed dial! I work an on-call schedule largely from home, but there are times I am out of the house for work (usually 3-4 hours at a time). My dog is used to regular feeding hours, daily walks, and plenty of outside yard time. Your dog will have access to a fenced in yard, a friendly black shepherd for company, and plenty of couch space to rest. There are options for ball throwing, squeaky toy cuddling, and lots of air-conditioning vent laying. Feel free to drop off your pups favorite treats as well!

My dogs are our family members and yours will be treated the same. I am currently working from home so your pet won’t be left home alone for very long periods. I am available during the week and weekends including holidays. I have two very sweet and mellow Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to keep your doggie company. They will have access to 2 separate fenced in areas, one with a doggie door. Your dog can be crated or not and are welcome on the furniture with our dogs. Ours sleep in an x-pen together but your dog can sleep where ever it prefers. I want them to be comfortable like it is their own home.

This was Blu’s second time staying with Jacqueline so I already knew he was in great hands. He was excited to arrive at her home. I got photos and updates and could easily tell that he was being loved. Jacqueline is great with communication and was so accommodating when my flight was repeatedly delayed. I highly recommend!
Jackson and Nichole were wonderful when caring for our boys! They were open, kind, flexible, and understanding. We were in a pinch, and they worked with us. When Luka was acting out of character, they worked with him and us, knowing he is a puppy. Their sweet dog, Indie, was a great playmate for the boys, and I am sure they miss her. We highly recommend them!
Heidy and her partner took great care of Mable when I was away for a couple days. I had a friend that was supposed to watch my dog for the weekend and that fell through the morning I was leaving. Luckily Heidy responded quickly to my message and was able to take Mable for me. She was very communicative and I'll definitely use her again!
Cassandra was amazing with our pup! She was very observant during our meet & greet and felt confident that her sweet pups would be a good fit for our girl. When we picked Dixie up during her 4 day stay, she was a happy and tired pup! Would recommend Cassandra to anyone!
Golda was great! Very communicative and sent several pictures of our pup while we were away. She has a great fenced in yard that our dog loved, he was very happy when we picked him up and seemed to be well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and will be using her again!
Elise is a doll. My dog Kapone was so happy & comfortable with her & her dog Punto. My dog was at her home for 4 days & nights. She sent video & pictures of him being super happy at her home. She cared for him like he was her own dog. That makes a big difference. She asked questions concerning ,helt, meals & exercise when I dropped Kapone off. She did a meet & greet with the dogs to make sure everyone got along. I believe helps out a lot for the dogs. Shes sweet & caring. If I was not moving to another state I'd have her watch Kapone any time I had to leave town. I highly recommend her as your dog sitter. ☺️🤗
