Our 8 month old puppy Hazel had her very first stay with a sitter with Jessica and John and I felt SUCH peace of mind while we were out of state on a family trip! They have great energy, a sweet family, and show so much love- it's palpable walking into their house! Our dog is very much a hound and will sniff and puppy chew through anything- she is not able to be off leash yet outside of the house because she has terrible hound recall haha, but Jessica took all of my concerns to heart, followed my very detailed list of Hazel-care, and took GREAT care of her. No issues at all. They are the kindest family! We will absolutely be calling them again for our next pet sitting needs! Thank you, Jessica and fam! We appreciate you taking such good care of Hazel!”

About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, one sassy cat, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have just taken a M-Th veterinary position, but I still plan on working Rover into my daily schedule! I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones. I do not have a yard, but I am very active and used to taking my large dogs for >3-4 mile walks daily.

“I cannot begin to say enough about the care which Lacie provided for our Emma. She is a 16 year-old Havanese and has issues such as being blind and deaf. She also has some severe arthritis. Lacie took excellent care of her needs, took her outside multitudes daily to enjoy the sun and provided us with daily photos of how well she got along.Lacie provided excellent care and Emma and seem to be so happy. I know it was a lot of extra work because of her special needs, but Lacey was fantastic. I highly recommend Lacie!!!”
