About: Hi! I might be new to Rover but not pet sitting! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently own two pugs and a soon to be therapy dog named Zoey. I also live with my husband Mike! He is an engineer at Duke Energy & isn’t always home. But I work from home so cuddles are always available for your pup! Beyond caring for my own pets, I’ve volunteered with the Blue Ridge Humane Society and spent several years fostering animals in need, helping them transition into loving forever homes. Through fostering, I’ve gained experience working with shy, energetic, anxious, and special needs pets, always focusing on patience, safety, and positive reinforcement. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm and caring companion while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Please reach out for special requests. I can try to accommodate such as picking up your pet or dropping you off at the airport. I live 6 minutes away from AVL. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members🐾 I currently work from home so if you have an anxious, high energy, sleepy, and separation anxiety I’m your girl! I am a Rover customer as well so I will your dogs just like I would want another Rover sitter to! All dogs are allowed on the couch & bed! I sleep with my 3 crazy sweet dogs. I do have a fenced yard. We also have a dog park in our community! I take my dogs there every day after work.

I was concerned about finding someone who could handle a wild and not-yet fully trained puppy and Terri has been so sweet, gracious and relaxed about everything. She even sent me photo/video so I could see how Zelda was doing. I love the farm atmosphere that Terri provides. She's clearly a true animal lover and Zelda seems to enjoy spending time visiting with both the human and animal friends she's made at Terri's. We had a wonderful experience with KaLynn on Rover! She cared for our 10-year-old beagle for a full week while we were in Germany, and we couldn’t have asked for a better situation—especially now that he’s in his senior years. In the past, traditional boarding environments were very stressful for him. Being around too many dogs and confined to a suite would cause him to bark excessively, sometimes even losing his voice. We knew we needed something more personal and calm, and KaLynn provided exactly that. Her home environment was perfect—peaceful, welcoming, and much more like what he’s used to. She also has a beautiful, large backyard where he could safely enjoy time outside with a smaller group of dogs, which made a huge difference in his comfort level. Knowing he was in such a caring, low-stress setting gave us real peace of mind while we were away. We’re so grateful for the attention and compassion she showed him. We would highly recommend her and absolutely trust her again with our senior pup! Thank you KaLynn for caring of our boy, Copper!💙
We hired Zann to watch our dogs and were extremely happy with her service. Her communication was excellent — timely, clear updates and photos — and she took wonderful, attentive care of our pups. She was very flexible with scheduling and handled everything professionally and kindly. Highly recommend and would definitely use her again.

Meg and her pup Symon are the best ! We have a anxious guy who needs some reassurance and snuggles and she knocked it out of the park on all accounts.Lamont was so happy and well cared for while we went out of town for our anniversary.Meg sent updates daily ,multiple times.She understood his anxiety and delivered medicine and helped him during a thunderstorm which is a trigger for him with no issues.Safe and happy is what we wanted and it was that and so much more ! So many a thanks !!!
