Between us, we have always had an animal in our lives - from ferrets and horses to cats and dogs. Pets simply make life better and there’s no better way to thank them than to shower them with love and affection. Your fur baby is guaranteed to be excited when they need to stay with us. Nichole was a professional dog walker in Boston before moving to Asheville, so she has experience with all sizes and temperaments. Jackson is certified in American Service Pet training as well, so you can rest assured they are in good, capable hands during their stay.

Jackson and Nichole were absolutely fantastic house and dog sitters! From the moment I initially reached out, they got back to me immediately and maintained incredible communication throughout the entire meet-and-greet process. When they came to the house, it was clear they were truly excited to meet and hang out with my pups, Lily and Thatcher. I admit I can be a little over-the-top when it comes to the safety and happiness of my dogs, but they made me feel completely comfortable and safe. I practically sent them a book of instructions and expectations, and they happily confirmed everything while working through any potential concerns. While I was away, they provided daily updates with pictures and videos, which gave me total peace of mind. They even went above and beyond by leaving work during their lunch break just to provide an additional potty break during the day. I couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking for attentive, reliable, and deeply caring sitters.
Jackson and Nichole were wonderful when caring for our boys! They were open, kind, flexible, and understanding. We were in a pinch, and they worked with us. When Luka was acting out of character, they worked with him and us, knowing he is a puppy. Their sweet dog, Indie, was a great playmate for the boys, and I am sure they miss her. We highly recommend them!

Schedule
We both work outside of the home - Jackson as a maintenance worker and Nichole as a doctor - so our fur babies are usually lounging inside or in our fenced in yard or inside for 4-5 hours per day. Although we love all pets, please don’t book with us if your animal needs constant supervision. On the weekends, we love spending time out in nature, especially around bodies of water and would love to safely bring your pet along.

Safety, trust & environment
When you trust us to watch your animals, we’ll follow whatever rules you’d like. They can run around in our fenced in yard or stay inside. We have a large crate as well if your animal prefers that. We have a Bernedoodle that loves playing with new friends, as long as they are not aggressive. We have two indoor cats that love playing with our dog, but would also not do well with an aggressive or prey-driven dog. We love to train dogs as well and are happy reinforce the work you are doing while they stay with us.

A typical day
On the weekends, we love to play in the yard, go on long walks or hikes, and stop at breweries for tasty treats. With cats we love snuggling and also lots of playtime.

- Let me know if your pet needs any special attention or needs. Please bring with you leashes, harnesses and any other items. We prefer non aggressive dogs. If possible, we’d love to arrange a short play date prior to any overnight stays. We also require that you be present for the first time we meet your animal.
