About: Having grown up with dogs my whole life, I’m now a proud dog mom myself! I have a Frenchie of my own who’s basically my whole world. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, especially a Frenchie. They’re a little high maintenance (in the best way), and I’m very familiar with their personalities and the extra care they sometimes need. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and can give your pup plenty of attention throughout the day. I’ll always follow your routine, send updates, and treat your dog like I’d want someone to treat mine. A quick note for overnight stays: My Frenchie, Hendrix, is very social and loves to play. If your dog enjoys other dogs, they’ll have a built-in best friend. If your pup isn’t comfortable around other dogs, overnight stays probably aren’t the best fit. I work from home, which means I have the flexibility to take breaks throughout the day to check in on your pup and give them the attention they need! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I provide consistent updates, respect the home environment, and follow any specific instructions closely to make sure their furry family member is well taken care of. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or simply giving them some love, I’m dedicated to providing the best care possible!
“We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care RoseAnn gave our baby! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease. It was clear our pup was in loving, capable hands. When we picked her up, she was happy, calm, and clearly had the best time! RoseAnne went above and beyond — she even made homemade doggy biscuits for her. It’s hard to find someone you trust with your fur baby, but we’ve definitely found that in RoseAnne. Highly recommend!”

“Austin was by far the best Rover experience I’ve had. My dog was slap tired after all the fun outings around Savannah. You can tell he gives the dogs he cares for lots of love and attention.”

About: I want to care for your dogs, cats, reptiles and fish! I recently lost my 12 year old, blind puggle named Rosco and I have been filling the hole in my heart by giving other pets my time and attention ❤️ I also have a pet snake at home named King Neptune so I am able to do reptile care and fish care too! I work from home as a freelance graphic designer, so I have a lot of time to check-in with animals and pet sit anywhere around Savannah! I make sure to be respectful of your space and home! I want to provide the care you would as if you were there with your pet! In my apartment, I can give them company since I work from home. They are allowed on my bed and furniture!

“Cristina was amazing. My pup is always anxious the first night away from home and she helped ensure my girl got settled in right away. She texted me daily with updates and photos which settled my worrying heart. You can tell she cares so much. I would absolutely use Cristina again.”

“This was the first time that I left my pup with anyone other than family. My experience was great! My baby is big but not harmless at all. Nakita & her family took him in as their own. She sent pictures along the way so that I knew he was okay! Those pics showed that he was more than okay. I will definitely allow my baby to stay with this family again! Thanks so much Nakita!”

“This was my dog Lula’s first time with a sitter for overnight and Kylie did a great job of giving her extra love (and sending me videos to show). She helped her make friends with other dogs too! It put me at ease so my hubby and I could enjoy a little time together! Very happy with her stay there!”

“Kamal was very attentive to my pet and communicated very well. He made sure to send lots of cute pictures and updates while he boarded my dog Max. I would definitely book with him again!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! Thaleia kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the 10 days, and I always felt my dog was in great hands. When I picked the dog up, it was clean, happy, and clearly well cared for. Absolutely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This is my third and longest booking with Caroline and as always, I was happy. My dog is strong, playful, energetic and Caroline knows exactly how to handle her. Caroline provides daily pictures and updates that put me completely at ease while I'm away from my dog. I have not used any other sitter and I never will. My dog always has a good time at Caroline's playing with other dogs and socializing. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and nice sitter for your pup, I wholeheartedly recommend Caroline!”

“We usually wait a few days before leaving a review to see how our dog settles back in, as her behavior at home is the true test of her experience. Since we are new to the area and had a rocky experience with Rover in the past, we were a bit nervous—but Carl was fantastic. He was incredibly diligent with her medical schedule, asking thoughtful questions to ensure everything was handled correctly. The frequent video and text updates really put us at ease. Our girl came home happy and acting like her usual self. Thank you, Carl, for taking such wonderful care of her!”

“Michelle was fantastic with Cooper and he seemed to have a great time. She sent me frequent updates and pictures during his stay and was great with handling his separation anxiety. I’ve already booked another stay for Cooper with Michelle and her family!”

“This is our 2nd time booking with Ashley! Our dog loves it - she sends adorable videos and photos to help you feel at ease, as a pet parent. We definitely recommend Ashley!”

“Tressa was fantastic with Tallulah! We were a bit nervous because this was our first time leaving her with anyone. Tressa stayed in constant contact by sending pictures and videos. She didn't just send pictures of our girl sitting alone, but showed her in action with her new pal. We will definitely make Tressa our first choice when we need boarding. You cannot go wrong with Tressa.”

About: I’m a warm-hearted animal lover with a deep connection to pets of all kinds. I’m also a Reiki Master, offering gentle energy work to help anxious or stressed pets feel calm and at ease. Since I work from home, my schedule is flexible almost every day. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible — just send a message and we’ll figure out what works. I keep a calm, low-stress environment with no other dogs in the home, which is ideal for pets who are nervous around other animals or just prefer one-on-one attention. My backyard is fully fenced, so there’s plenty of room for safe play and bathroom breaks without worry.

“Here’s a draft for your Rover review of Alexis: Alexis was fantastic with my dog on short notice! She took great care of my pup and made me feel at ease by sending frequent updates and adorable pictures. I could tell my dog was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend Alexis for anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH YOU ARE APPRECIATED ☺️”

Whitney was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly experienced and professional, and after our initial meet-and-greet, I felt completely comfortable leaving Cooper in her care. He had a great stay, and I really appreciated the personalized updates she sent throughout his visit. It was clear that she genuinely cared about him and took excellent care of him. I would definitely recommend Whitney to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Last-minute requests aren’t always easy to accommodate, so we truly appreciate you accepting ours. ❤️ Ramona and her daughter took such wonderful care of Dolce. Every picture they sent showed her with the biggest smile, and it absolutely warmed our hearts. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and loved while we were away. Thank you both again for your kindness and excellent care. We would absolutely book with you again and highly recommend you to others!

Lily did an amazing job taking care of my baby Goose. She gave incredible updates and treated him to trips out socializing which was beautifully photographed. He was incredibly spoiled. She did a great job executing his routine and incorporating tons more fun! Would a million times recommend. Goose was one happy behaved pup with her love and care!

Ms. Lisa was so amazing with my Rocky! Her communication with me throughout his stay was very helpful being that I don’t board him too often. From the drop off to the pick up I can tell he felt right at home and I can’t wait to book again. Thank you again and we will see you soon!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
