“Maria was fantastic. She kept in touch with us daily and sent pictures. Our boys seemed really happy staying there. We will definitely use Maria again if the opportunity arises. “I’m a repeat happy customer of Theresa. She and her family take such good care of my dogs. It was so nice to see how happy they were when we pulled up to her house for drop off. Thank you!!!”

About: I've had dogs for all of my adult life and I'm used to family member's cats, just don't have any of my own due to family allergies. I'm also keen to rabbits, chickens, and ducks for any of you backyard farmers here. I can administer medication if needed and trained my dogs as puppies. I'm by no means a professional trainer but I can help reinforce skills that may be starting to develop during my time with your pup. I have open availability since I stay at home and am in school, so I am very flexible to walking and caring for other's pets. I have a fenced-in yard for dogs to relieve themselves or play whenever. It would be easier to feed them at set times vs leaving food out due to my two year old playing in our dog's food if I leave it out
“Katherine did a wonderful job taking care of my baby. She treated my dog as if she were her own, cared and attended for her needs and even gave her extra love and attention. I highly recommend and look forward to the next time we travel because I know she will be in great hands with Katherine.”

“Debra was amazing! She was very communicative the whole time and our dog loved staying with her. She even taught him a new trick! 10/10 will be calling her when we need a sitter in the future 🥰”

“Haley was amazing all around! She welcomed my fur baby into her home as one of her own. I loved the communication, and photos/video updates while she was providing excellent care. Will definitely use Haley again when in the Hinesville area!”

“Natasha has a lovely house and a beautiful backyard. So clean and tidy! I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and I can tell by the pics she sent that they were treated very well. And she kindly accommodated my older dog with mobility issues. I’m excited to have found Natasha and will definitely book with her again in the future!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! Thaleia kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the 10 days, and I always felt my dog was in great hands. When I picked the dog up, it was clean, happy, and clearly well cared for. Absolutely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Loveddd the kindness and energy of the home. Great updates and open communication, even with my minor travel delays. My dog came home so peaceful and tired (means she enjoyed herself). Def will use again.”

“We had last minute travel plans and Erica was so accommodating and helpful. There was constant communication between us and we got several pictures a day to show us what our dog was up to. Would highly recommend and will be using her again next time we travel. Thanks Erica!”

“Here’s a draft for your Rover review of Alexis: Alexis was fantastic with my dog on short notice! She took great care of my pup and made me feel at ease by sending frequent updates and adorable pictures. I could tell my dog was happy and well cared for. “Brandy was great! My husband and I went to Europe for 12 days. Our initial dog sitter had to cancel last minute. Brandy did a trial night to make sure everyone was comfortable and then she took care of our Alex for the entire trip. She communicated often and sent us a pictures throughout. We are looking forward to having her watch Alex again. And we can already tell Alex misses playing with all the other dogs too.”

“I would absolutely recommend Danita!! She was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my puppy had a good stay. Communication was incredibly fast and she kept me updated several times a day with pictures and messages. I would absolutely book her again”

“I really enjoyed my experience with Corynne. She was absolutely AMAZING. Dropping my little guy off was like dropping off my child on the first day of daycare. I was never worried with Corynne as she kept me updated on everything. And Axel got along so well with little Woody. I definitely highly recommend Corynne and look forward to my next booking with her.”

“Michelle was fantastic with Cooper and he seemed to have a great time. She sent me frequent updates and pictures during his stay and was great with handling his separation anxiety. I’ve already booked another stay for Cooper with Michelle and her family!”

Here’s a polished review you could post: She accepted my booking on short notice for a 4-day stay and was very responsive throughout the entire time. She kept me updated with messages, pictures, and videos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Best of all, Rex came home happy and cared for. I would definitely recommend her and would book with her again!

We had such a great experience with Aalliyah. In fact this is our second time leaving Ubi with her. They took wonderful care of Ubi while we were away on vacation, which gave us so much peace of mind. From regular updates to making sure Ubi was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for, everything was handled with care and professionalism. It was clear that Ubi was in good hands the entire time. We truly appreciated the communication. It made our trip even more enjoyable knowing our pup was safe and loved. We would absolutely recommend them and would gladly book again!

I never thought I’d meet someone who instantly loved my dogs as much as I do, but Kayla sure did! We received photos, updates, and booking was the easiest experience I’ve had on Rover. Kayla was patient, kind, and even sent my girls home with a special treat 🥹 Can’t wait to bring my dogs back for a sleep over 😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
