I think they are kind people, but if you don't have access to Fort Stewart, it can be difficult. I booked boarding for my dog from Thursday to Monday. Since she lives on base and I don't have base access, we agreed to meet just outside the gate for the meet-and-greet. I sent the booking request through Rover, she accepted it, and I paid. Later, I found out that she didn't have her own car and relied on her husband to drive her. Because of that, she wasn't available whenever he was at work. Looking back, I probably should have canceled the booking and found someone who didn't live on base. However, it was only a few days before my trip, so I didn't have enough time to find another sitter. Instead, I changed the boarding dates and paid extra to accommodate her husband's schedule. In total, we had to meet four separate times: the meet-and-greet, drop-off, pick-up, and an additional trip because she forgot to pack my dog's medication and food bowl. She was also late. The first two meetings required me to wait about 20–40 minutes. Before the third meeting, I texted her to make sure she would be on time, and I'm glad I did. For the fourth meeting, she contacted me and asked if I could meet her right away so I got up and left as soon as possible. As I expected, I still had to wait for them to arrive. Keep in mind that we were meeting just outside the base gate, so I was already waiting at the agreed location. When they finally arrived, she kept her head down and never even looked at me. Her husband got out of the car, handed me my dog's food bowl and medication, and that was it. She didn't say a single word. I actually felt sorry for her husband, who had to drive out and meet me all four times. Another reason I can't recommend this sitter is that when I picked up my dog, he smelled like he had been staying in a commercial boarding facility rather than someone's private home. On the way home, he urinated on his bed in my car, which he has never done before. I can't say for certain what caused that, but it was very unusual behavior for him. I realize that choosing a sitter who lives on base without having base access was my mistake, and I take responsibility for that. However, I also expected better communication, better planning, and a more professional experience. Unfortunately, based on everything that happened, I wouldn't book with this sitter again. I had originally intended to give her 4 stars, but after picking up my dog, I felt that 4 stars would not accurately reflect my overall experience. Therefore, I'm giving her 2 stars.

Cheyenne watched our two girls for two nights and took great care of them! She sent us pictures of them every day which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter!

An awesome sitter team! Cheyenne and her husband made us feel so comfortable about leaving our little doggy in their care! MuShu is very relaxed around them. And they sit for many dogs so they are careful to maintain a peaceful controlled environment for your dog as well as the others. Impressive!
