“Loved RoseAnn!! My little Riley felt right at home immediately and was so calm when I picked him up! I don't think he was ready to come home yet, LOL! I know he was loved and well taken care of! Will defintely use her again.”

About: I am a dedicated and experienced pet caregiver who is passionate about providing animals with safe, dependable, and loving care. I have been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, beginning with volunteer experience at animal rescues and veterinary clinics. Over the years, I have continued developing my experience by caring for my own pets, whom I consider part of my family. I am comfortable providing a variety of services, including baths, nail trims, basic grooming, dog walking, and basic dog training. I understand that every pet has a different personality, routine, and set of needs, so I make it a priority to provide patient and personalized care. This gives me flexibility in my schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for your pets while you are away or busy. When I take care of a pet I would like to know the availability and understand what their animal needs to get the job done I would like to have meet and greet with ur pets so I can be able to adapt especially when taking care of there needs.
“Leigh was amazing with Scruffy during his 6-day vacation this month. Scruffy loved hanging out with her and her two sweet pups. Leigh sent daily updates about all of the fun Scruffy was having. Thank you for the peace of mind you gave us, Leaigh!”

“Thaleia watched my dog, Cooper, for an extended stay, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving him in her care. From our pre-stay meet and greet, I knew he would be in great hands. She was kind, communicative, and consistently sent thoughtful updates with photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“What a beautiful family! My doggie Leo had an amazing time with you guys and we thank you soo much for taking great care of him while we were away. We definitely will rebook again in the future. Thank you for everything!”

“Second time watching my fur baby. Maria does such an outstanding job! I was able to have peace of mind on my vacation while my dog was with her knowing that she takes care of my fur baby like she’s one of her own. My dog got excited the second she realized she was at Maria’s house. Maria’s other dogs are all so sweet too! I highly recommend her. ❤️”

“Danita gets 5+ stars in my book! We came into town for a short little mini-cation and was not aware that dogs were not allowed on the beach. She accommodated us extremely last minute and was so welcoming to my little angel. Even though she only watched her for a few hours she still sent us updates while we enjoyed ourselves at the beach. If we are ever in town again, I will definitely recommend Danita!”
“Great communication and willingness to understand our dogs needs. Very loving and patient with our babies. You can 't go wrong with them taking care of your fur babies. I appreciate all they did for my baby to feel comfortable and secure while away from me. Great peace of mind.”

“Kristina and her family took very good care of My Buddy Rebel. She sent pictures every day, that was the highlight of our days while we were in Florida. Kristina will be my first choice to take care of our "baby boy" in the future. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to take care of your dog.”

“Sarah is extremely friendly and organized in pet sitting. She has great communication and even makes you feel at home. Her home is full of energy and any other person or pet there also makes you feel welcomed. Its really obvious that she cares about the pets she sits. I only trust her to keep my sweet boy”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 5 years. My family currently has a 6 year old German Shepard Mix, so i am comfortable with larger dogs. I will treat your pets like they are part of my own family and keep you updated with lots of photos and messages so you can have piece of mind. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home. This allows me to give your pet plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Your pets safety and comfort is one of my top priorities. We have a clean and comfortable pet-friendly home with a fully-fenced in backyard. We also have a 7 month old baby at home, so i am very mindful of creating a calm and safe environment for both pets and our little one. I will follow your pets normal routine and any instructions you provide regarding feedings, walks, and special needs. My goal is for every pet to feel comfortable and loved while in our care.

“Here’s a draft for your Rover review of Alexis: Alexis was fantastic with my dog on short notice! About: I’ve raised two dogs as puppies and have extensive experience in training them. My current dog, Penny, is a rescue and loves to run around and play outside. I make sure to provide attentive supervision so the dogs feel comfortable and at ease. I work from home full-time so I have plenty of opportunities to let the dogs out throughout the day for potty breaks or play time. Weather permitting, we take long walks each morning after breakfast, and at night after dinner. I have a fenced in yard so my dog spends a lot of time outside running around or just hanging out. I also have a large screened in porch when she needs a break from the sun. Penny sleeps in my office (her room) next to the bedroom which is where other dogs would sleep as well. I don’t allow dogs on furniture or sleep in the bed.

“Corey was absolutely wonderful! She took such good care of my girl, kept me updated, and sent me so many pictures of her having the best time! I will absolutely continue to book with Corey and I know my pup cannot wait to go back!”

★★★★★ Alexis was absolutely amazing with boarding my dog! She communicated extremely well throughout his entire stay and was very accommodating. Anytime something came up, she made sure to inform me right away, which gave me great peace of mind. She also sent plenty of pictures and updates so I could see how he was doing. Most importantly, she truly treated my dog like he was her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely trust Alexis to watch him again. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
