About: Hi, I’m Toccara! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them. I’ve cared for pets of all kinds like dogs, cats, birds, bunnies. I have officially been pet sitting since I was 16 and have also been working at a dog daycare for the past four months, where gained lots of experience with pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I am currently working part-time at my job. On days that I am off from work I usually have a very open schedule past 10am and can always make discussion on what you prefer!! When caring for pets in my home I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow their usual routines with feeding, walks, and playtime, and I pay attention to their individual needs and personalities. I treat every dog like they’re my own, giving them plenty of affection and care. I am gentle, patient, and attentive and have especially learned these things from working with dogs. and would never do anything to harm an animal. Working at a dog daycare also helped me learn about different sickness and what to look out for dogs when something isn’t right or if they need medical attention.

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been surrounded by a plethora of different animals, from dogs and cats to rodents to even a few birds! I have a special space in my heart for creatures big and small and can ensure that I’ll give your pet (or pets) as much love as you would give if you were there beside them. Under my care, your pets become my family and I promise to give them nothing but the best! I’m currently working a summer job that has alternating on-days. Thus, my schedule would be open for all Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for this summer, up until August where I have to go back home. However, I’ll be returning later that month to resume pet care alongside my collegiate studies and will be sure to update my schedule accordingly. Due to my current status as an on-campus employee, I will unfortunately be unable to house any of your fur babies. Eli took amazing care of my cat and dog while I was out of town! He went above and beyond to make sure both they were well taken care of and happy. His communication and photos were excellent, and I had zero anxiety about being away from my pets for days, knowing he was taking care of them. He was even available to extend visits after I unexpectedly was delayed for a day. I won’t hesitate to contact Eli again next time I go out out of town!
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. Jakub treated our dogs like his own. He sent pictures and communicated with us during his visit. Jakub handled our special needs pup with great care, and clarified any questions he had regarding our detailed instructions. Our dogs were so happy, and clearly spoiled while he was here. We highly recommended Jakub! He will be our first choice anytime we need a dog sitter.
Sage was wonderful! I think one of my cats became best friends with her with how much she got to play and exercise with Sage! She takes amazing photos, communicates well and was very engaging with all the kitties. She made it as easy as possible to be away from the fur babies!
We came to vacation in Nags Head and needed a sitter for our young (and recently adopted) dog while we went to dinner. Meagan did a great job keeping her calm, took her out a few times and got her to eat (which we had also been struggling with). Would book again!
Paige was a pleasure to work with. She arrived at the scheduled time for drop-in visits (even though we were flexible about this) and sent cute photos of our cats. She was also very accommodating about the needs of our quite elderly cat (incontinence). Will definitely book with Paige again.
