About: Hi, I’m Toccara! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them. I’ve cared for pets of all kinds like dogs, cats, birds, bunnies. I have officially been pet sitting since I was 16 and have also been working at a dog daycare for the past four months, where gained lots of experience with pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I am currently working part-time at my job. On days that I am off from work I usually have a very open schedule past 10am and can always make discussion on what you prefer!! When caring for pets in my home I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow their usual routines with feeding, walks, and playtime, and I pay attention to their individual needs and personalities. I treat every dog like they’re my own, giving them plenty of affection and care. I am gentle, patient, and attentive and have especially learned these things from working with dogs. and would never do anything to harm an animal. Working at a dog daycare also helped me learn about different sickness and what to look out for dogs when something isn’t right or if they need medical attention.

I am currently a student attending SCAD, so when I'm not in class pet care will be my top priority! As a film student, I am working on set most weekends, however during the week in between classes I am totally available. My schedule varies by the day, but I am absolutely confident we can talk and create a routine that you and your pet will feel good about! About: Since I was born, I’ve always had a dog or a cat in the house with me, and I have my own cat now. I have been responsible for a variety of dogs, from including my parents’ great dane to a friend’s dachshund. they go out or stay at work late. I have experience in walking, feeding, and playing with their pets! I have also volunteered at an aquarium and insectarium and have experience in more “exotic” pets such as snakes, spiders, or hissing roaches. Unfortunately, I am not in a situation where I can readily accept other pets into my place of living. I have a small apartment, and my own cat, who unfortunately dislikes other animals :( I have a pretty flexible schedule as I am currently a graduate student who works from home half the week! I usually go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, however, my lab is very flexible! As I am not currently taking pets in my own home, I mostly conduct drop ins and walks. During drop ins I like to first bring dogs outside if applicable to play with them for a bit before going inside to eat! For cats, I like to sit with the cat for a little bit and try to play with them before feeding and litter box cleaning!

About: My whole life I’ve had multiple pets in the home, growing up I had 3 cats and 2 dogs. I currently have a puppy and a cat, I raised the puppy from 4 weeks old to 8 months old. I have experience fostering all kinds of pets especially cats. My career as a pet groomer is centered around dogs and their behaviors, so I have ample experience with all different breeds and behaviors. I work full time as a pet groomer so I’m constantly around pets! I currently have a 8 month old Chihuahua mix and a 1 year old tabby cat and absolutely adore having them around. I’m off all day Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and would be available all day! I would be able to help out after 6:30 the rest of the weekdays! I will make sure your pet is in their own comfortable environment and follows their regular routine! I have both of my pets on a schedule for eating, exercise, play time and sleeping. All pets need stimulation and companionship, so I prefer to play with your pet for a while and keep them company for as long as you need. I’m not just there to feed the pet, but also provide your pet with comfort and care while making sure they’re getting enough mental stimulation!

About: I have grown up my entire life with a household full of dogs and cats, so I know what it takes to care for them and bring them happiness. I have a puppy of my own right now and know how particular I can be about certain things, so any special requests or needs will be met by me. I am an advocate for training and can ensure you I will follow your instructions carefully. I love going on walks and am an active person, no better companion than a pup. I give my undivided attention to each pet and will make sure you feel at ease while you are away. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs as well as shelter pets through fostering. I am free on the weekends to help take your pet out on a walk or a visit while you are traveling/busy. I enjoy being outside, why not include a furry friend! I will take them on long, but safe walks and provide a lot of water. If I'm visiting a home, I will be sure to always follow the owner's guidelines and make sure I leave the place better than I found it. Everyone will be happy!

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and am now a proud dog mom to my Frenchie, Hendrix! I know how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone else, and I’ll care for them just like they’re my own. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and updates throughout the day. My apartment complex is very dog friendly and has two fenced-in grass dog parks, so whether your dog loves to play or prefers a slower pace, I can make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. If you have a Frenchie or another wrinkle-faced pup, they’re in good hands! My apartment has pet stairs to all the furniture, and I always keep wrinkle wipes, wrinkle paste, nose balm, and other Frenchie essentials on hand to keep those ADORABLE squishy faces happy and healthy. FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING: All dogs must be up to date on their vaccines! My Frenchie, Hendrix, will be here too and I need to make sure he’s safe. Hendrix is incredibly friendly and loves making new dog friends. If your pup enjoys other dogs, they’ll have a built-in playmate. If they prefer to be the only dog, overnight boarding may not be the best fit—but I’m always happy to discuss other care options!🐾🩷 I work from home, and am only gone for a few hours in the afternoons on Tues-Thursday, which means I have the flexibility to take breaks throughout the day to check in on your pup and give them the attention they need! When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I always make sure to follow their normal routine and any instructions you leave for me. I’ll keep you updated while you’re away so you know how they’re doing, and I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own. Whether it’s walks, meals, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for!
