Austin has been watching my 7month 5lb maltipoo for a few months and has been nothing less than AMAZING ok! an I don’t trust NOBODY with my son. Austin dog sits dogs NOT just one but multiple at a time sometime an he’s always making sure that all the dogs get along however today when I dropped him off I notice he had a larger black dog and my maltipoo was pulling to get back in my car which is strange cause he never does that. I didn’t think nothing of it but upon picking him up Austin inform me that he had to contact the big dog owners( Micah Y in the reviews) to come pick him up, for multiple reasons but the main one was because his big ass nipped at my dog . I was pissed! So before judging off of one bad review that made absolutely no since an doesn’t represent the type of sitter Austin is please take it from me he is amazing an you should definitely book him he’s very reliable an keeps me informed throughout the day to ease my mind. He even keeps him over night if I get on the road 5 stars all around the board . So Micah Y get your dog under control or take him with u when you go out of town because apparently he can’t live with out u an also your bit not just my dog but Austin also.

Still at a loss for how that stay was. We are in the minority, as we do see plenty of 5 star reviews, but we do care to share our experience, and maybe this was just a one-off. We booked Austin for a week, and only at our prompting to check in on our dog, Austin would reply with a message of all positivity for the first two days. On day 3, he quickly changed demeanor and suggested we needed to pick our dog up immediately because he was not cooperating with Austin. This was foreign to us, and it really inconvenienced us as we were hundreds of miles away. While we were trying to find someone to pick our dog up, he made several rude, unprofessional comments about our dog. He communicated we need to pick him up for our dog’s safety, which really stressed us out. When we did get a chance to pick him up, it became evident he had multiple other dogs there, unbeknownst to us. All in all, it was an experience we have yet to have and hope to never encounter again. We wish Austin the best in his pet-sitting, but this should not ever happen. Needless to say, we would not recommend.

Awesome Sitter! Austin is top tier! From the pre-visit when he took time to get to know Benny before the schedule visits and how well they bonded, I was sure he would be the right choice. Austin helped reassure Neal and I about Benny care with photos and texts before, during and after each visit. This was something that had been lacking in previous pet care givers. I never had to worry and Austin quickly replied to any question of Benny’s care because this was Benny’s first Rover experience. Needless to say, we were not let down on any level of care. Thank you Austin. Now I truly know why you are so sought after in the pet care arena!
