About: I’ve taken care of my family’s dog for years, and over time friends started trusting me with theirs too. I’m reliable, I pay attention to what each dog needs, and I genuinely enjoy having them around. I’m currently working from home but can take time out of my day during to take care of pets and walk dogs. Since I work from home, I am typically also available to house-sit. I have a cozy townhome in which the dog will have lots of room to move around and plenty of space outside for me to take them on a walk.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since 10 and had foster dogs for the past year. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment for every pet in my care. My home has enough dedicated space to accommodate a crate for dogs up to 100 lbs if needed. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I closely follow their routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions. I am attentive, confident handling dogs of different sizes, and committed to science-based pet care practices that prioritize both physical and emotional well-being. Building trust with pets and their owners is extremely important to me, and I treat every animal as if they were my own.

About: I have experience accompanying a current Wag walker with their walks and drop-ins. I am excited to start my over Rover pet care experience! :) I am a graduate student on summer break so I am available any time! Pet care through Rover can fit into my schedule at almost any time. About: I've lived with dogs my entire life / taken care of them when I lived at my family's home. I have looked after golden retriever/German shepherd/great pyrenees mixed with lab, Spanish greyhounds, dachshund beagle mixes. I am comfortable with dogs of any size. I've found myself able to be in tune with a dog's feelings & they are often drawn to me because of my calm nature. I find it easy to bond with dogs and feel very comfortable just hanging out with them or taking care of them. I also love spending time with dogs including playing, walking, cuddling, or just hanging out and watching tv. I have special experience with reactive dogs where I needed to alter my walking routes in order to avoid other dogs (the dog my family had had been previously abused) as well as giving dogs oral medications. My top priority is your dog's safety/happiness. When it comes to giving care I'm very good at following instructions and know how difficult it can be to finding the right fit for someone to take care of their beloved dogs. I have a strong attention to detail and would love to provide the best possible care. I work from home and have lunch breaks that can be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour but am flexible. I am able to step out if need be during the day for a quick check-in on pets/am willing to do so. I start work at 8 am and finish at 4:30 pm and often go to the gym afterwards but have about 30 minutes-2 hours free that I could use to check on pets. Overall, I'm flexible with working from home! If needed I am available to stay in your home to provide 24/7 care to your pets/work from your home. I care for my pets by feeding them, walking them, playing in the backyard, and just by hanging out with them when they're tired out from the day. My full time job requires me to have a strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy so I'm very dedicated to making sure I follow instructions. The safety of dogs is my top priority. My younger sister had a service dog and when he would go out in public we would sometimes have people ask if they could pet him. We had to politely tell them that he was working/a service dog. I mention this because I have no problem making sure dogs are safe and telling others when it's not ok to interact with them if they're working/anxious dogs/they don't do well with others.

About: I have been working in the dog care industry since 2023. Initially, I worked at a corporate dog daycare facility, and grew into a management role. Wanting to gain more experience with alternative practices, I began working at a smaller training facility. In both of these locations, I was able to gain a lot of hands on experience in dog daycare (body language and open play), grooming (enjoy hand stripping and nail trims), and training. Personally, I have done a lot of training with my own dog. He became reactive toward people and dogs on leash. Now, he is able to appropriately greet people and attend agility classes. Additionally, while at the smaller training facility, I competed the grooming program by Animal Behavior College. I also hold a current animal CPR certificate. While not a certified trainer (yet), training is something I truly enjoy doing. Experienced with all breeds, behaviors, and sizes! Currently, I am available for dog walking every other Saturday 12pm through Sunday 11am, due to working full time. I will add additional times as my schedule allows. I know many local places to bring your dog for a physically and mentally stimulating walk. I also know quite a few areas that are great for leash reactive/dog questionable dogs! I provide pictures with updates throughout their walk, if requested.
