About: I've been dogsitting for friends for the past few years! I've loved dogs and would love to continue spending more time with them! Always eager to help people and make dogs feel loved! I work in ministry and have a flexible schedule. I'm not free all the time, but can be really flexible depending on the season! Always down to have a conversation to iron out details! I have only cared for pets in other people's homes. I follow whatever guidelines, instructions, or rules that pet owners give me. I want to make sure their pets are on their regular schedules and are loved!

About: Since I was young, I’ve had a passion for taking care of pets and animals. In my own home, we had 3 cats and 2 dogs, including a Black Labrador and a French Bulldog/Pitbull mix. I’ve also looked after my friends’ and neighbors’ pets, including a senior dog who needed medicine administered and special care. This also includes cats, dogs, birds, and bearded dragons. I truly adore all animals (except mosquitos! lol) and consider it a privilege to care for them. I value honesty, reliability, and quality treatment for both people and animals alike. This is why five star service is guaranteed when you book with me 😊 I currently work in an office Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. I usually keep my nights and weekends free for any bookings. I will care for your pet inside your home by of course being respectful of your space, making sure any unsafe foods or items are out of reach, all gates or fences are closed to ensure they don’t escape, their food/medicine is on time and prepared *EXACTLY* as instructed. I can also promise snuggles, play time, and plenty of attention!

About: Proud cat and dog owner, I’ve also been house/pet-sitting for friends and family throughout the years, I can help clip claws, administer medicine, go on walks, enrichment activities! At home I have a pet friendly home, fenced in yard and even gates throughout the thresholds to make sure pets are monitored in a contained (large, free-roaming) area. I am someone who is very cautious when it comes to safety as well, always making sure doors are locked, electric devices are turned off, and that I know where the pets are at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs since I was a kid. Mainly molosser breeds. I’m a very active person so high energy dogs are more than welcome. I can assist with teaching basic commands such as sit, stay, lay, leave it, and recall commands. Things you can expect under my care: walks, runs, and training if needed and requested. If given permission, dog parks and occasional trips to the beach depending on the weather and time under my care. I work full time Monday through Friday 5am-3:30pm so I recommend booking for the weekend for long stays. Shorter stays can be made during weekends between 3:30pm-6:30pm (length of care Monday-Friday may be negotiated) Care will be primarily conducted out in town as I do not have a yard. If home pets will be crated with scheduled potty times.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 10 years. Experience with: walking reactive dogs, caring for dogs with separation anxiety, basic positive reinforcement training, and comfortable to provide any special dietary needs. Snuggles and play time included! I am available for in home care and walks Saturdays Through Mondays. I am available Sundays and Mondays all day, and Mondays through Saturdays after 3 o’clock pm. About: Growing up, I’ve always had a ton of animals in the house. Since I was a teenager, I have house-sat/animal-sat for family members and family friends. If I take care of your pet, they have my attention and of course love <3 I work fully remote, so I have tons of flexibility in my schedule, including availability during the weekday, evenings, and on weekends! Happy to hang out all day with your pet. Your pet’s safety is always my priority. As someone with pets myself, I understand the stress that occurs when you need someone else to take care of them for a time. That’s why I do everything in my power to reassure owners that their pet is in great hands and that we’ll have fun together! For example, if I’m taking your dog for a walk I will be incredibly mindful of my surroundings, including traffic and other people, so that your dog remains safe. If I’m staying overnight to watch your pet, I will be considerate of belongings in the property and happily play with the pet(s) in the home :)

About: Hii! I volunteered at shelters but I preferred building a relationship with pets in Rhode Island :) I grew up around many dogs and cats. A fun challenge was when we adopted our German Shepherd puppy! Training him was a fun challenge, but it was harder (yet more rewarding) when we adopted his brother as well! Now they’re grown and trained but I can still see the little puppy they are in their eyes! I also have a senior dog that needs extra care, but I love making sure she’s comfy and gets her massages. I work a hybrid 9-5, so I can make time mornings and evenings for pet care. On my work from home days I am more flexible to do care during the day. Weekends are fully available! In your home I would make sure pets are in their designated areas and can’t escape! Cleanliness is the largest thing I would keep in mind while making sure your pet is comfortable!

About: My name is Breanne! I own a hound/ GSD, two cats, and I am fostering a lab! I used Rover in a pinch one day so I know how important this job is and how much of a lifesaver it can be! I would love the opportunity to help someone else in a pinch and make a dog happy at the same time. I am very active, I run trails, walk, hike, I can take your dog to the park, hiking, whatever you need. I have experience with various harness tools, etc.. as my dog is a working dog and we are constantly training. I love spending time with pets in all settings and I’m happy to help in any way I can! I also volunteer at a rescue in my spare time and coordinate spay and neuter services. I currently telework three days a week and have the flexibility to increase this when necessary. I work Monday - Friday 8-3:30pm and can work from anywhere. I believe in maintaining a pets routine to the best of my ability. About: I’ve been a dog dad to Nova, my 4.5-year-old Lab, since she was a puppy. I work from home, so I’m with her pretty much 24/7 and have gotten very tuned in to the little cues dogs give when they need something, whether it’s a walk, attention, or just a little space. I also regularly watch dogs for family and friends, so I’m used to handling different personalities, routines, and energy levels. Whether it’s a laid-back senior dog or a high-energy pup, I adjust to what they need to feel comfortable and cared for. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. I treat every dog like I would my own, with patience, attention, and plenty of play if they’re up for it. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in, or just keeping your dog company, I’ve got you covered. I work from home, so I have some flexibility during the day to fit in walks or drop-in visits, especially in the late mornings or early afternoons. While I can’t be available at every hour, I do have enough wiggle room in my schedule to reliably show up when needed and give your pet quality time and attention. Very open and flexible on weekends when I have notice. If your dog has a regular routine or certain times they’re used to, I’ll do my best to work with that. Just give me a heads-up and we can figure out what works. When I’m caring for a dog in someone else’s home, I treat both the pet and the space with the same respect I’d expect if it were my own. I always make sure doors are securely closed, gates are locked, and routines are followed exactly as requested. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and comfort level and never push them into anything they’re not ready for. Whether it’s giving them space to warm up or making sure they get enough play and attention, I adjust based on their personality and needs. Clean-up, basic tidiness, and clear communication are always part of the deal — you’ll come home to a happy dog and everything just as you left it.

About: Just a registered nurse looking to walk some dogs on her days off! After years of caring for people, I am combining my compassion and responsibility to help with your pets! I am a full time registered nurse. I work three 12 hour shifts and then have four days off during the week so my schedule is very open and flexible. Fresh water at all times. I also make sure nothing is easily accessible to dogs like medications, food, etc. Animals are always closely monitored, especially if more than one are present.

About: My name is Sarah and I'm 33 years old. I took a little stint from Rover to focus on my professional career but I'm back and so excited to start petsitting again! Animals have been a huge part of my life ever since I was young. I worked at a vet throughout high school and even started my own dog sitting company in Charleston, SC upon graduation from Virginia Tech - safe to say, I've always been obsessed with animals. I have experience with dogs and cats of all kinds and ages, including puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, dogs those with disabilities, cats that require medication, etc. You name it, I've probably had to handle it in all my years of pet care. I love taking dogs on adventures - the beach, hiking trails, etc. I will treat your fur babies like my own and give them the exercise and TLC they deserve while you are away! I'm currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty open (including weekends). I'm available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and doggy day care (this includes walks, feeding, TLC, medication administration, etc.). I also offer overnight care, whether that be in your home or mine (whatever you and your pet prefer). This is a service I'm currently offering to private clients but am starting to extend to Rover. In my client's homes, I always let them take the lead with their comfortability and with their pet's normal routine. I want to make sure your pet hardly notices you are gone and that they are 100% comfortable and happy with someone in their environment. Whether that means crating them, walking them at specific times, having designated playtime. Again, I let the client take the lead on instructing me in those cases. When I bring a pet into my home, it's important that they get along with cats, as I have two who are very friendly and don't interact too much with my/client's dogs. Currently my Husky is staying with my mom in Virginia, so he will not be in the apartment. I want my space to feel as "homey" to them as possible, so whatever is needed to make that happen, I accommodate.
