About: Hii! I volunteered at shelters but I preferred building a relationship with pets in Rhode Island :) I grew up around many dogs and cats. A fun challenge was when we adopted our German Shepherd puppy! Training him was a fun challenge, but it was harder (yet more rewarding) when we adopted his brother as well! Now they’re grown and trained but I can still see the little puppy they are in their eyes! I also have a senior dog that needs extra care, but I love making sure she’s comfy and gets her massages. I work a hybrid 9-5, so I can make time mornings and evenings for pet care. On my work from home days I am more flexible to do care during the day. Weekends are fully available! In your home I would make sure pets are in their designated areas and can’t escape! Cleanliness is the largest thing I would keep in mind while making sure your pet is comfortable!

About: Hi, I’m Isabel! I love making sure every pup in my care feels right at home. My husband, Shawn, works fully remotely, and our dog-savvy 10-year-old son loves having furry friends around. We have two dog-friendly rescues, Stevie and Griggs, who are also happy to welcome visiting pups into our home. Stevie was actually a former client who became family, so we know firsthand how special these bonds can be! When your dog stays with us, they become part of our everyday routines. About: I've cared for animals my whole life, including those with medical needs or on specialized diets. I'm used to the dirty work and want your pet to feel extra cared of! I'm used to friendly pets or those who need more space. I can handle it all and will communicate all updates to you quickly. I have early and evening availability until mid-August and then open availability. I'm happy to do early early mornings or later nights, and have a vehicle so can get wherever you need. I've been a house-sitter for years and respect your space immensely! About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. As a teenager I fostered dogs of all ages and sizes with my mother, from litters of puppies to energetic rascals to oldies slowing down. Since I was a baby my house always had at least one cat, sometimes up to 5 at a time, and our house was where the neighborhood knew to bring any cats that were found needing help. I have had cats with special needs, and three big black shelter lab mixes. As an adult I have developed a hobby interest in dog training, and I know how much structure, clear communication, and strong leadership can help put a dog at ease and keep them safe. I love all animals and volunteered for 4 years in wildlife rehabilitation. I'm moving back to Rhode Island and taking on small jobs as I establish my schedule and routine, so I have plenty of time and flexibility for immediate requests! I have my own car, so I can easily come to your home for home stay, drop-ins, and walks! My family dogs were crate trained, so I understand routines of crating, feeding, taking out, etc. I am also comfortable with different types of leads, such as harnesses, gentle leads, prong collars, and soft and hard muzzles. I have also taken care of dogs who have specialty needs, such as indoor litter boxes, doggy diapers, and specialty diets. I have administered oral medication, in both pill and liquid form, to both cats and dogs.

I am very active, I run trails, walk, hike, I can take your dog to the park, hiking, whatever you need. About: I've had a dog in my life for the major majority of it. I've had 2 Shitzus, a German Shephard and an Akita. Quite the range. I traveled across the country with an Akita and that was such a great experience. I am very patient by nature and will care for you furry friend and give them all my attention and love. I have a somewhat flexible schedule. There are 3, sometimes 4 days a week where I’d be away for 6-7 hours. I like to be as transparent on everything. I’m not concerned about the dog having an accident in the house, it’s more of making sure they won’t be overly stressed out or anxious at that amount of time. I have a very secure fenced in yard that your pet will enjoy. There is a park directly across the street as well and I will also walk your dog around the Elmhurst neighborhood. I have a modest sized home with hardwood floors. Your pup is allowed on the furniture if its ok with you. A tired dog is a happy dog and I plan to play with your dog inside and outside the home. Your dog(s) or cat(s) will be my top priority. Other than work a few days a week which is stated above I’d be spending plenty of time playing and relaxing with your fur babies. I have a fenced in yard and live in a safe neighborhood. I have outdoor camera security system as well. I will take great care of your pet.

About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.
