I could see that he was eating, playing energetically with the other dogs (in her grassy fenced-in yard), napping on the cool floor on a hot day (just like he does at home), and cuddling up on the couch with Debby in the evenings. At pick up and drop off, it is clear that Mookie adores Debby, and that they have their own special connection. Due to my experience, I have worked with dogs of all sizes, shapes, ages, personalities, etc. Between the dogs at my job, the care I have done for clients through Rover in the past and my own pets at home, I have a ton of experience caring for animals. About: I've always loved cats- the aloof, the talkers, the snuggles. I can administer most medications and will keep up on keeping everything fresh (food, water, litter box). Some cats are immediate snugglers and some need some time to scope out the situation. It's all good! I never push but am an available lap.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I’ve been watching them for the last 3+ years. I live very close to the airport, I have a fenced in yard and when I accept a booking it’s with the expectation that I’ll be home the entire time. I own one dog, Tobi, an 11-year-old lab mix. He’s as friendly as they come.Dogs are family and I will treat yours no differently than my own! 😊❤️ I’m always up very early to feed the dogs and our Tobi likes a morning walk, so that’s how we start the day. Throughout the day the dogs can go out in our backyard and hang out as much as they’d like, but they’re also welcome to hang inside on our couch or wherever else they’re comfortable. And they’re always welcome to nap in our bed ☺️ Safety is my number one priority. We have baby gates to separate if need be, and I take every possible precaution to keep an stress-free environment. I always require a meet and greet to make sure that the pup and the situation is a good fit ahead of time.

Throughout the years, I've been a Vet Tech and adopted and fostered puppies through hospice dogs and several cats, and have had extremely friendly and reactive dogs. I'm willing to meet your pet where they are. I work from home and really enjoy my area of the world, so I tend to be a homebody during the week. I go for daily beach walks and enjoy swimming when it's warm enough. My neighborhood is great for walking, too. I love to get out and hike or explore on the weekends, but am also happy with projects around the house. High energy pups and couch potatoes are both welcome. I have a 4 foot fenced in yard and plenty of couch space. It's important to do what I can to help your pet be comfortable in a new environment, so I try to keep to their schedule as much as possible. I do have a large crate and room for you to bring your own if that works better. The ticks are out in force so please make sure your dog is on preventive. I cannot accept dogs with bite history or food/toy aggression.
About: I’ve been fortunate to share my life with dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs of many breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and temperaments, and every dog has taught me something new. Whether I’m taking a dog for a walk, stopping in for a drop-in visit, or providing pet sitting, I love building a connection with each dog and discovering what makes them feel confident, engaged, and happy. I believe the best care is about more than just exercise—it’s about giving dogs meaningful enrichment, companionship, and a positive experience in their own routine. My passion for dog training began with my Hunt Terrier, Harley. I’ve had dogs my whole life, but Harley was the first dog who led me into formal training. She was a nippy, challenging, bossy puppy! We completed McCann’s Life Skills program and are now part of their Higher Learning program. Through training Harley, I became fascinated by canine behavior and how dogs learn and communicate. I love continuing to learn about positive reinforcement, body language, and ways to help dogs build confidence and succeed. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve provided walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, companionship, and pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors while they were working or away. I also participate in instructor-guided pack walks with dogs of many different personalities and training levels, including reactive dogs. These experiences have helped me become comfortable reading dogs, staying calm, and adapting to each dog’s individual needs. When I’m with your dog, I’m not just there to complete a task. I want our time together to be enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to who they are. Whether your dog loves exploring on walks, needs a little extra patience during a drop-in visit, enjoys structured playtime, or benefits from quiet companionship while you’re away, I’ll make sure they have a positive experience. I also offer enrichment opportunities during visits, including trick training, sniffing games, and other activities that give dogs a chance to use their minds as well as their bodies. I love working with dogs of all ages, from puppies learning about the world to senior dogs who need a gentler pace. I’m also comfortable administering medications according to your instructions. After each visit, you’ll receive photos and an update so you can see your dog enjoying their time and have peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. I am available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Weekends May be available upon request I have openings for walks, enrichment, pet sitting and drop ins. Dog boarding is on a pet by pet basis. Hours will vary depending on clients needs. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Safety, love, and individualized care always come first. My large home and large yard provide plenty of space for enrichment and supervised outdoor time. I have lots of toys, agility equipment, training props and water fun. Harley, my friendly 15-pound Hunt Terrier, can provide companionship or be separated based on your dog’s comfort.
About: I’ve worked in the human health care even though I have always had a passion for animal care. I am now a stay at home mom so I’ll be home with your dog always unless I have an errand to run! I have owned multiple pets of my own for the last 14 years. My dad’s dog was blind and had diabetes (administering insulin) so I have experience in extra care for animals. I recently lost both my dogs due to cancer and seizures so I’d love to have some dog company. Also please know If your pup is good with kids, we have a 2 year old at home. About: I am a current PhD student at Brown University with over a decade of experience caring for animals. I volunteered at my local humane society for a few years, working with both cats and dogs (including under-socialized animals). I have participated in numerous trainings and grew up surrounded by dogs and cats. I currently have a cat of my own named Gouda (he’s a typical orange cat!) who is my world. I will treat your furbaby like my own - with love, respect, and care. I love all types of animals and can’t wait to meet yours! About: I have taken care of family members’s, family friends’, and neighbor’s dogs since I was 12. My older sister has four Huskies and I have helped take care of them and birth them! I also have a childhood family Beagle! I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs since and would love to take care of and walk more! About: I have had dogs my entire life. They are my favorite thing in the whole world. I signed up for rover because it is a way to make money while spending time with your adorable doggies! I will walk, feed, and belly-rub any and all dogs that come my way. I am also open to any special accommodations one might need. Available most nights and weekends, and still some mornings/weekdays. I am open to any breeds, and just ask that you be honest with your dogs comfortably level with new people for all safety. “Another wonderful stay at Debby’s! Our 1.5 year old poodle (Mookie) just returned from his second Rover stay with Debby. I enjoyed perfect peace of mind during my family’s 4 day trip thanks to all the updates, photos, and videos that she sends each day. I could see that he was eating, playing energetically with the other dogs (in her grassy fenced-in yard), napping on the cool floor on a hot day (just like he does at home), and cuddling up on the couch with Debby in the evenings. At pick up and drop off, it is clear that Mookie adores Debby, and that they have their own special connection. Debby’s genuine affection for her clients gives both Mookie and me a sense of peace and comfort while we are apart!”

He was so happy, clearly enjoying all the attention and love he was given. I highly recommend Jackie for private boarding of your dog. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I’ve been watching them for the last 3+ years. I live very close to the airport, I have a fenced in yard and when I accept a booking it’s with the expectation that I’ll be home the entire time. I own one dog, Tobi, an 11-year-old lab mix. He’s as friendly as they come.Dogs are family and I will treat yours no differently than my own! 😊❤️ I’m always up very early to feed the dogs and our Tobi likes a morning walk, so that’s how we start the day. Throughout the day the dogs can go out in our backyard and hang out as much as they’d like, but they’re also welcome to hang inside on our couch or wherever else they’re comfortable. And they’re always welcome to nap in our bed ☺️ Safety is my number one priority. We have baby gates to separate if need be, and I take every possible precaution to keep an stress-free environment. I always require a meet and greet to make sure that the pup and the situation is a good fit ahead of time.

About: We are a married couple who both grew up in a home that always had dogs, and we don’t think a home is complete without a dog ! We have a Rhodesian ridgeback named Luca who loves to play with other dogs with naps and snacks in between. Hannah works from home so she is here all day to attend to them in between calls! If your dog requires a crate please bring your own as we don’t use any for our dog he sleeps with us in bed or lays on the couch with us. If they are allowed to do the same as Luca then we will happily all snuggle up ! Please bring a leash for your dog so we can take them for walks. Please tell us any specific instructions needed to care for your dog. Please provide us your veterinarian contact info incase of emergencies. Hannah works remote full time from home Monday -Friday ! Rory is home in the afternoon and evenings and will support on a as needed basis but Hannah will be the primary care taker to the pups! We are home on weekends unless we have a planned event. We have a fenced yard and a friendly dog named Luca who would love to have a playmate!! The cats keep to themselves but love our dog Luca just the same!
