“Brittany took excellent care of my cat while I was out of town. Not only did my kitty clearly love her (as evidenced by the many photos Brittany sent each visit), but she also went above and beyond by bringing my cat an extra dish for her food and some holiday treats. She left everything in very clean condition and displayed utmost professionalism throughout the whole process. I will absolutely book Brittany again if she is available the next time I need a catsitter. I highly recommend her!”

“Rebecca took excellent care of my slightly anxious and socially awkward rescue cat named Garage while I was away. I was a little worried leaving her for 3 days because of her behavioral issues, but found that she was in great hands with Rebecca. We will definitely be requesting her again!”

“Phoebe was amazing. This was our first time using Rover and I am so fortunate to have found Phoebe. Our cats are like our children and she took such fantastic care of them. Her communication was incredible. We felt so comfortable having her check on our kitties and care for them. Would have her watch our cats again in a heartbeat. Thank you Phoebe!”

About: I have worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility in North Kingstown for more than 10 years! Due to my experience, I have worked with dogs of all sizes, shapes, ages, personalities, etc. Between the dogs at my job, the care I have done for clients through Rover in the past and my own pets at home, I have a ton of experience caring for animals. I will treat your pets as if they were my own! I work the afternoon/evening shift at my job, but my mornings are open to those who are looking for pet care on the earlier side! I do have some weekend availability. Don't hesitate to send a message, and I can try to accommodate to the best of my ability! I will take your pet for a nice walk (at their pace, for their comfort) around the neighborhood or to their favorite spot, or spend my time playing/giving company to your pet when you're not home. My attention stays on the animal at all times as you never know what pets will try to get into. If there are any concerns, I will immediately notify you and thoroughly check the animal if necessary (to their comfort level, I will not push an animal to let me examine them but will promptly let owners know of any concerns and take necessary steps to ensure the animals safety.) I can offer water or food at your request and give medication if ever needed with your instructions.

Aswell as I can crate a pet safely, and fit my personality with your pets!
“Kathy is the best pet sitter we’ve had. She’s been to our home multiple times now to take care of our cat while we were away. He has several medications - topical, oral, and injections - all of which Kathy takes care of perfectly. We always enjoy her Rover cards/photos and can tell how well he’s taken care of while we are gone. Thank you for another stress-free time away, Kathy!”

About: I have over 15 years of experience in pet care with dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals, and birds. I currently have a dog and cats of my own to help keep your pet company during their stay (for this reason, pets looking to stay with me must be non-aggressive towards cats and other dogs). I offer drop-ins, walks, and boarding services. During their stay, your pup will get daily exercise and activity (depending on their individual needs) through walks, off-leash play in a secure yard, and mentally stimulating games/puzzles. I can take your pet out for the bathroom as often as every three hours, which can be an ideal situation for senior pups or those with medical conditions! If your pet must be left alone during any period of time (such as during feedings), it will be done so in an appropriately-sized crate, and so it is ideal for your pet to be crate-trained. When they aren't playing, your pet will likely be hanging out indoors with me, either lounging around or people-watching out the windows or in a sun-patch on the porch while getting lots and lots of pets. For cats, I offer a deluxe kitty room with a play tunnel, cat tree, high shelves for jumping/climbing, many soft blankets, a variety of toys, a running fountain water bowl, and an abundance of dark hiding places to help them feel comfortable. I am available all day to ensure your pet's needs are met. Dogs can be let out as often as every three hours and cats can be checked on and played with as often as their individual personalities require. I have a fenced-in yard for your pup to play in, as well as cats and a dog of my own to keep them company. Indoors they have plenty of space as well to play, people-watch out the window, and snooze.
About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid and have many years of experience walking and pet-sitting both cats and dogs. I’m a marathon runner and avid hiker, so I love keeping active pets happy and well-exercised. I truly love animals and treat every pet I care for with patience, kindness, and the same attention I’d give my own. I’m a local high school teacher with over 20 years of experience and an excellent reputation in the community, with references, contacts, and a social media presence. I’m available afternoons, evenings, weekends, summers, and school vacations, and during the summer, I’m also available during the day. I keep my schedule manageable to ensure your pets receive my full attention and care. Safety is always my top priority. I’m careful to ensure that dogs and cats do not slip out of the house or go off-leash. I also have a secure, fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time. I’m easy to work with and happy to accommodate most special requests. When needed, I can administer medications in most situations and always follow your instructions closely.
“Amy was amazing with my 2 cats, one who needed daily medication. She communicated with me daily to problem solve as needed and I loved the pictures. I was very far away and didn’t worry with them under Amy’s care!”

“My furbaby loves Tiana! I can tell from the pictures she takes for the report card just how happy & excited she is to see her. Knowing that she's getting all the snuggles & playtime while I'm at work really eases my anxiety. <3”

Warwick cat parents share their Rover experiences
Phoebe was amazing. This was our first time using Rover and I am so fortunate to have found Phoebe. Our cats are like our children and she took such fantastic care of them. Her communication was incredible. We felt so comfortable having her check on our kitties and care for them. Would have her watch our cats again in a heartbeat. Thank you Phoebe!

Kim was awesome! She took care of our three cats for several days. She spent extra time with the cats the first few days to acclimate them to her. She made sure they were fed and administered topical ear medication. Kim really went the extra mile! She She gave us detailed updates and photos every day, keeping us fully informed and our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend her to others and would book her again in the future!

Vanessa has checked-in on our cat Shelley for us while we’ve been out of town on several occasions and she has always been very kind and easy to communicate with. We’re very appreciative of her help and strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable person to care for your pet.

Leanne visited Mr. Shelby twice a day while I was away. She sent lots of photos and played with his favorite toys. This is the first time I have hired from Rover and not had a relative watch Mr. Shelby while I was away and this was the happiest he has been when I got home from a trip. I think he appreciated Leanne’s company and made a new best friend. I will definitely be hiring again. Without a doubt I highly recommend! I would even argue she is better than a relative watching him because sometimes relatives cut play time short, but Leanne was always at our home longer than the 30 minutes required which is so appreciated.
