Loving, Reliable Pet Care!
I’ve been caring for animals for many years and have experience with both dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently care for two dogs — including a large, high-energy dog and a playful puppy — as well as multiple cats, including my senior cat who I’ve had for 14 years. Because of that, I’m very comfortable with: • feeding and fresh water • walks and potty breaks • playtime and enrichment • cleaning litter boxes / accidents • giving pets attention and helping them feel comfortable • recognizing when something seems off or out of the ordinary I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I would treat yours with the same care and attention I give my own.

Armitage took great care of my 2 dogs for a week. We got photos everyday and plenty of updates that they were doing well. Armitage also washed our dog’s beds before we picked them up, which was not expected! I felt very confident they were in good hands while we were away!

Good communicator and accommodating.
Armitage is very communicative, flexible, and clearly cares deeply for the animals they watch. I appreciate their friendly demeanor and believe they are a great fit for many dogs. However, I experienced some concerning issues regarding my dog Charlie’s care. I left two specific, as-needed medications for Charlie in case he strained his leg, with clear instructions to contact me prior to administering them. Unfortunately, these instructions were not followed. The medications were given twice daily without my knowledge, and the pills had been transferred into unmarked zip lock bags, which caused significant concern regarding medication management. Additionally, the feeding instructions were overlooked. I provided more than double the necessary amount of food for the stay, but the containers were completely empty and one was broken upon pick-up. Finally, Charlie and all of his belongings returned smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, requiring multiple baths and deep cleaning. While I do not wish to impact Armitage's business negatively, as they are truly kind and well-intentioned, I feel it is important to share my experience. I would advise caution for pet parents whose dogs require strict medication management or specific care routines.
Armitage was really awesome in taking care of Donu and was very communicative and provide lot of updates.

I’m currently home full time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, because I know they’re family. I currently care for multiple pets of my own, including a senior cat I’ve had for 14 years, a large adult dog, and an energetic puppy. That experience has made me comfortable with different ages, personalities, and energy levels. Whether your pet needs playtime, a potty break, cuddles, meals, or just a calm and reassuring presence while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
