Gentle Giant
Throughout my life, animals and children have been drawn to my soft energy. I’ve had and been around dogs and cats all my life. I’ve been working with my giant schnauzer and friends’ dogs that range from rescued grey hounds to small mixed breeds. I am the go-to for any pet sitting for the fur babies. I’m an aunt to a female brindle kitty that is a sassy lady but loves to snuggle me when I visit. Additionally, I frequently watch a reactive grey hound and I am able to still provide the attention she deserves. I understand patience is key when working with people and animals.

I am typically a homebody who enjoys movies, games, and reading. When house sitting, I usually hang around with your fur baby and offer emotional support until you return. I’ll follow their lead and offer bids for connection. I stick to the routine schedule provided to me (feedings and potty breaks). While providing the known routine for comfort to the animal, I use this time to attempt pairing whether that be with pets of affection, extra treats (if allowed and within acceptable limit), or structured play time.

Kaitlynn is a joy. She came in 4 times over the weekend to look in on our Kitty. She sends pictures and puts any worry you may have on the back burner. Prompt and always keeps you updates. We have used Kaitlynn several times to stay over too and she does a wonderful job. Highly Recommend Kaitlynn.
Kaitlynn stayed with my anxious dog Cora for over a week and I was able to enjoy my vacation and trust that she was in great hands! Kaitlynn provided consistent updates on Cora including many photos which my family & I loved to receive multiple times throughout the day. She followed Cora’s feeding & medication routine perfectly & overall my anxious 65 lb potties mix was so happy & content for the whole stay. I highly recommend Kaitlynn she was wonderful!
Kaitlynn was wonderful, she sent me pictures every morning and evening of Katie Kat and made it possible for me to have a relaxing break without worrying about her. Kaitlynn was very professional and very personable. Would recommend her to anyone! and would absolutely book her again to house sit.

Kaitlynn was exceptional! She delivered on the elements we would hope for when caring for our dog. She communicated clearly and timely with relevant updates that gave us piece of mind. She took the time to listen and get to know and understand our anxious and sometimes reactive cattle dog, giving him the physical exercise he needed along with the mental stimulation. She went above and beyond and we would highly recommend Kaitlynn.
Kaitlynn has taken great care of our greyhounds. She continues to be thorough and communicative. One of our dogs is leash reactive and Kaitlynn is able to manage this well. Highly recommend to others!

Schedule
I’m a Behavioral Technician for children on the spectrum. I currently work 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri in Warwick. I’m the perfect fit for holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends! I am thorough with my communication and the expectations needed for any situation.

- The more communication, the better! I’d rather have extra information than not enough. The worst is when I’m feeding a new pet and I don’t know their release word! But if I’m ever stumped, I always reach out. Additionally, I enjoy meeting the animals with owners prior to the trip. It lets me observe your relationship and the unspoken communication between the parties. Also, it’s nice to see how situations are played out such as feeding, getting ready for a walk, and transitioning to use the bathroom.
