About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. My first job was working as a cat sitter for my neighbor’s young cat, Monkey. I’ve stayed at neighbors houses to watch their dogs since high school, providing regular walks, enrichment, and love. I’ve worked with puppies as young as 10 weeks and dogs as old as 12 years. I’ve worked with pets with special needs and medication needs. Most importantly, I truly love animals. As my sister’s weenie dog puppy can attest, nothing makes me happier than having an animal curled up on my lap. Even if it means dealing with some scratches or disciplining, being around pets is always worth it! As a student, my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to take care of pets whenever I can. I love early morning walks, so I’m available as early as 7:30 am. My house requires getting up a few flights of stairs, so large senior pups may struggle. Otherwise, any animals are welcome. I’m happy to stay at other folks’ homes as I know this often makes animals more comfortable. I’m flexible to whatever your house rules are!

About: I've had cats since I was born, and have had dog(s) since I was 8. I also worked as a professional dog walker in Boston after college for a while, working with all sorts of breeds and energy levels from a 8lb chihuahua mixes to big old labs. Currently, I have two rambunctious Australian Shepherds (5 and 6 years old) and a 10-year old tortie cat who rules the roost. Former high school teacher looking for a (slightly) less chaotic life, but needless to say, I'm used to wrangling all sorts of creatures and keeping track of everybody! When we moved here to Rhode Island, my mom continued to be a vet tech and brought her love of animals home while we fostered all kinds! I also am a very active person, usually topping off at about 10 thousand - 15 thousand steps a day, ensuring that your pet will get as long of a walk as they need to be the best version of themselves. I also had two dogs (puggles) from the same litter for 10 years before sadly losing one to cancer.
