About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, you name it! My smallest dog ever was a chihuahua and my largest is a cane corso. My home was also a foster home and we had many litters of puppies and kittens come through on their way to their forever families! I work full time so I am primarily available on weekends, but I do work from home once a week if you need a last minute walk or check in on a pet! I am happy to take your pet outside, feed them, play with them, go for a walk or to get some exercise! I am unable to take them in my home but happy to work with you to fit you and your pet’s needs.

About: My love for dogs has led me to a rewarding part time career. In addition to boarding dogs occasionally through Rover, I also work for a company dog walking and pet sitting. My whole family loves dogs and are always excited to meet new fur friends! I am a stay at home mom and I homeschool my kids. In my spare time, I have been fostering puppies which has been very rewarding. Any dog in my care becomes part of the family. I have a large fenced in yard and an 11 yr old goldendoodle who loves every person and animal. This is a family home so I can only take in dogs that are friendly to children. We are very close to the dog park and enjoy many walks around the neighborhood.

About: Hii! I volunteered at shelters but I preferred building a relationship with pets in Rhode Island :) I grew up around many dogs and cats. A fun challenge was when we adopted our German Shepherd puppy! Training him was a fun challenge, but it was harder (yet more rewarding) when we adopted his brother as well! Now they’re grown and trained but I can still see the little puppy they are in their eyes! I also have a senior dog that needs extra care, but I love making sure she’s comfy and gets her massages. I work a hybrid 9-5, so I can make time mornings and evenings for pet care. On my work from home days I am more flexible to do care during the day. Weekends are fully available! In your home I would make sure pets are in their designated areas and can’t escape! Cleanliness is the largest thing I would keep in mind while making sure your pet is comfortable!

About: I adopted my dog when he was two and trained him to become the calm, well-mannered gentleman he is today. Now a senior, he’s an expert at finding the best spot on the floor and supervising the household from there. Caring for him has taught me the patience, attentiveness, and extra support older dogs need. I’m dependable, observant, and committed to following each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your dog prefers long walks, slow strolls, playtime, or professional-level napping, I’ll treat them like my own. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because spending time with animals is genuinely one of the best parts of my day. I plan my schedule carefully so every visit gets the time and attention it deserves... never rushed or squeezed in as an afterthought. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine, arrive when expected, and keep you updated while you’re away. I know consistency helps pets feel safe, especially when dinner is served three minutes late and they’re considering filing a formal complaint. Safety and trust come first. In a client’s home, I follow instructions closely, respect the space, and keep doors, gates, and leashes secure. I know from my own dog's personality that pets are not always committed to the honor system. I’ll maintain their usual feeding, walking, and playtime routines while giving them the patience and attention they need to feel comfortable. In my home, any introductions to my calm senior dog would be slow and supervised, with separate spaces available for meals and rest. About: I currently work from home as a research scientist and I've had pets my whole life. I grew up with two cats since birth and cared for my first personal pet, a ferret named Goober, starting at 8 years old. My family got our first dog, a labradoodle named Aidan, when I was 10 years old, followed by a small poodle mix named Maddie a few years later. In my adult life, I've raised two Siberian Huskies (Bella and Kodi) and I am a proud auntie to three cats (Pumpkin, Opal, and Nugget). Raising two huskies has given me a ton of experience caring for difficult/high energy breeds (I feel I've seen just about anything when it comes to caring for dogs!) I currently have a 10 y/o Siberian husky named Bella who I have had since she was a puppy. Bella also grew up with her brother, Kodi, who sadly passed the rainbow bridge at 9 y/o in 2025 after battling osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Kodi received state of the art treatment by participating in a research study at Tufts University to ensure he had the best end-of-life care possible. This experience absolutely wrecked me, but has only strengthened my commitment to caring for and loving pets at every life stage. I'm comfortable taking care of pets with difficult medical conditions or with complicated medication regimens and I'm happy to share my expertise with you as I care for your fur-babies! : ) I'm comfortable taking care of all types of pets and I am comfortable taking care of all dog sizes, breeds, and exercise requirements. I can't wait to meet your fur baby and I look forward to working with you! My schedule is mostly flexible as I currently work from home as a research scientist. I am available on weekends (days, nights, and overnights) and most holidays. I'm also happy to take your pup for an early morning or later evening stroll. I am an active dog owner and can take your dog on walks of any distance. Whether it be a walk around the block or a long hike, I am up for the challenge! I'm also happy to accommodate lower energy dogs who prefer company and cuddles over a walk. I love cats and have experience various kitty personalty types (from skiddish to fiesty to 'orange' cat behavior, I've got you covered!) I'm also happy to do drop-in pet sitting and in-home pet sitting, though because of my own pup, I'm not able to stay at the house 24/7, which I understand can be a deal breaker to some. I’ve babysat dogs, cats, and even bunnies for others, and I have hands-on experience with tasks like feeding, bathing, grooming, and giving each pet plenty of playtime and cuddles. I’ve also trained my own dogs over the years, working on things like sitting, staying, and basic manners. Because of my lifelong experience and my deep love for animals, I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I’m committed to making every animal feel safe, happy, and cared for. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m a full-time student at URI, but on most weekdays I finish classes no later than 4:30, which means I’m available for evening visits, walks, and drop-ins. I also keep my weekends open for pet care, giving me plenty of flexible time for longer visits or overnight stays. I do attend church on Sunday mornings for about an hour with family but aside from that, my schedule is very open. I’m committed to making sure each pet gets consistent attention, playtime, and care, and I always plan my days so I can give animals the time and love they deserve. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walk times, and any special instructions exactly as given. I make sure pets get plenty of playtime, attention, and affection, and I always keep their environment clean, refreshing water, tidying up any messes, and maintaining their normal living space. I also send updates and photos so owners feel connected and reassured while they’re away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I create a safe, calm, and cozy space where they can relax and feel at home. I’m attentive to their needs throughout the day, whether that’s exercise, training, cuddles, or quiet time. I make sure they’re supervised, comfortable, and getting the same love and structure they’re used to. No matter where I’m caring for them, I focus on making every pet feel safe, loved, and well taken care of.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. My first job was working as a cat sitter for my neighbor’s young cat, Monkey. I’ve stayed at neighbors houses to watch their dogs since high school, providing regular walks, enrichment, and love. I’ve worked with puppies as young as 10 weeks and dogs as old as 12 years. I’ve worked with pets with special needs and medication needs. Most importantly, I truly love animals. As my sister’s weenie dog puppy can attest, nothing makes me happier than having an animal curled up on my lap. Even if it means dealing with some scratches or disciplining, being around pets is always worth it! As a student, my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to take care of pets whenever I can. I love early morning walks, so I’m available as early as 7:30 am. My house requires getting up a few flights of stairs, so large senior pups may struggle. Otherwise, any animals are welcome. I’m happy to stay at other folks’ homes as I know this often makes animals more comfortable. I’m flexible to whatever your house rules are!
