About: I've been responsible for taking care of pets ever since I can remember- cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments. However, for the past few years I've been traveling a lot and so do not have any pets currently. Throughout the years, I've been a Vet Tech and adopted and fostered puppies through hospice dogs and several cats, and have had extremely friendly and reactive dogs. I'm willing to meet your pet where they are. I work from home and really enjoy my area of the world, so I tend to be a homebody during the week. I go for daily beach walks and enjoy swimming when it's warm enough. My neighborhood is great for walking, too. I love to get out and hike or explore on the weekends, but am also happy with projects around the house. High energy pups and couch potatoes are both welcome. I have a 4 foot fenced in yard and plenty of couch space. It's important to do what I can to help your pet be comfortable in a new environment, so I try to keep to their schedule as much as possible. I do have a large crate and room for you to bring your own if that works better. The ticks are out in force so please make sure your dog is on preventive. I cannot accept dogs with bite history or food/toy aggression.
About: Animal lover, happy to take your dog on an adventure and get them the exercise they deserve! I have 2 dogs myself who love to play with any and all other dogs. We love going on walks together and I’d love to give your dog a similar experience! While in my care, I will treat your dog as one of my own, and give them a bunch of treats in the process (as long as you're okay with it of course). I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. To be specific, early mornings, evenings, or weekends work best, but I could make other times work with communication. I have two dogs, one small and one large, so I’m experienced in caring for all types of dogs. I will be sure to keep in touch with you regularly.
