“We are absolutely thrilled to have found Rich (Kemba) for our American Bulldog, George. Our meet & greet was off to a slow start, as George is not always friendly to new people. Kemba and his wife Sandra, however, we so amazingly patient, understanding and kind to George - allowing him time to warm up a bit as we talked about his particular needs. Clearly they have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with all sorts of animals, including those who are "misunderstood". We scheduled a 2 week period of 2/day drop-in visits for George, beginning with yesterday (while my husband and I were home to show Kemba the ropes). George was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming, but Kemba remained calm and collected, explaining George's behavior and reassuring him. He reassured me as well, as I was stressing out over George's outburst. We reviewed some of the notes I left for Kemba and went outside for a short playtime. George is very capable, caring hands with this man. We have a very good feeling moving forward and are confident that he and George will be great friends. I cannot recommend Kemba more highly.”

About: I've had animals my whole life! I currently take care of my own 2 senior kitties and know they need special attention. I also had two dogs (puggles) from the same litter for 10 years before sadly losing one to cancer. This experience helped me learn how to care for sibling pets and a pet that is grieving the loss of another. Additionally, in high school, I took many companion animal classes and learned from industry experts how to care for pets. My neighbor was a dog groomer and showed dogs professionally, and I accompanied her at times to help with the dogs. IMPORTANT SCHEDULING NOTE: I am typically available between 5-11pm Monday to Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday. I am typically available anytime Saturday and Sunday. Monday-Friday I am available between 5-11pm. I am a very routine person and am known for getting to places early/ on time. No special request is too "weird" to me! I can ensure your pets have free roam of the place or are secured in a crate! I can take dogs outside in a fenced yard or on a leash if there is no fence. I also fully understand pets can be messy and never mind if I have to clean up any accidents (my experience with senior pets and a dog with bladder cancer taught me that).

About: I have been taking care of my dog since he came into the family at just 8 months old and I loved caring for him so much I decided to get my own cat a few years ago. This is my part time job as I am currently a student! I try my best to keep my schedule flexible enough to care for my own pets at home along with my personal time. Like always, Kathy went above and beyond to take care of our animals and our home! When the smoke alarm decided to start chirping, she found a step ladder, got the thing down, and used her own batteries to make sure it was safe (and that the chirping wouldn’t drive our kitty crazy!). This was our second time booking with Jasmine to watch our cat while we were away. Once again, Jasmine impressed with her care of and attention to our cat. She went above and beyond, even taking out the litter trash and offering to help with a few household tasks. We'll book with Jasmine again the next time we're headed out of town.
Absolutely amazing person. One of my pups can be very barky around new people until he gets used to them and Kemba handled this with confidence and fearlessness I have never seen before. Seriously, the last Rover we tried got scared off and said he was too much for her. It was difficult to find someone who would take the job, which is frustrating because while he wouldn’t hurt a fly he has a loud, and to some, intimidating bark. Kemba drove well out of his way to help us out, had no fear or apprehension when meeting him for the first time and was able to provide coverage on the days we needed with Shadow clearly having warmed up to him after a few visits. 10/10 will be booking him EVERY time a checkin is needed from now on!
As always, Christa was fabulous with our cats! We contacted her with short notice and luckily for us-she had space in her schedule. Christa always sends pictures that include all of the cats. They had plenty of fresh water and food while we were away And all their litter boxes were in great shape!! She is the best!

She took excellent care of our two cats, making sure they were well fed, comfortable, and got plenty of attention.
