Dog Lover to Pamper your Pet
My family always had a dog and a cat. I spent lots of time enjoying our German Shephard and our cat who I cleaned her ear mites regularly. Also, I spent lots of time with my grandmother who had multiple dogs throughout my childhood. I have raised two children and while I was a stay-at-home mom and work-at-home mom typing transcription. We have always enjoyed our Golden Retrievers who were our best friends and playmates (Currently only have Daisy), as well as a few cats. We even added a Long-Haired Chihuahua who we loved dearly for 10 years. I took Pet Assisted Therapy training with two of our Golden Retrievers and enjoyed bringing them to nursing homes for a few years. I love Boarding dogs for short or extended stays, and helping people have a successful relationship with their pet. My experience administering medication I prefer to use "Pill Pockets", but can give liquids, and apply topical medicine as well.

Karen took excellent care of our Shih Tzu Chloe for a week. We can tell when Chloe had a good time because she settles right back in at home and this was absolutely the case. She also took Chloe very last minute when we realized we had to head out of town. Thank you so much for a great stay, Karen!
Karen was amazing! This was my first time leaving Hazel Grace with anyone other than family, and I was so nervous. Karen immediately put me at ease, sent daily photos and updates, and took wonderful care of Hazel. She even took the time during our meet and greet to make sure Hazel and her pup were comfortable together, and they became instant friends. Hazel had a great time, and I truly appreciated all of Karen’s care and advice. I would absolutely book with her again and recommend her 100%! 🐶💕
Karen was a great choice when it came to boarding my beloved little friend. It was my first time using Rover or a boarder of any kind and Karen couldn't have made the experience better if they tried. They were very thorough throughout the initial meet and greet, had a great rapport with my dog, and were extremely communicative while I was away both providing updates and pictures everyday. I would definitely recommend Karen for anyone looking for a wonderful and worry free pet sitting experience!
Karen is an absolute angel! I am a first time pet owner and this was my first time sending my dog to a sitter. She made the whole process so smooth. From the meet and greet to the day of drop off, she kept in touch and was very responsive. I received updates with pictures and video while I was away on vacation and my shy dog adjusted very well in her environment. In addition, she is very knowledgeable and provided lots of helpful tips in caring for my dog at home!! I will definitely be booking Karen again with no hesitation!
Amazing dog sitter. Asked all the right questions, very professional and kind. Took great care of my dog, and sent daily pictures. One of the pictures was so cute it’s now my screen saver. I felt very confident and happy leaving him with her for almost a week.

Schedule
I babysit 2 granddaughters on occasion but if I Accept your Booking I am totally available to spend all my time with your fur baby(s).

I feel a pet should have someone to play with a few times a day, and go for a walk. Extra house-sitting services I would be willing to bring in the mail, water plants, and even vacuum as needed.
